Bank of the West Club W Pkwy, Blaine

After several years as a customer, I will be closing my accounts. Customer service is not what it once was, long hold times- 1.5 hour wait time to report fraud on my account. Rude customer service representatives on several occasions. Not to mention the fees assessed in my accounts. Moved all my funds to a bank who will appreciate my business and easy to work with. Would not recommend this bank to anyone, completely taken back by the poor service I have received for the past year.

Evan seems to have a problem every time I bring my change in to be cashed! He usually rolls his eyes, sighs, and has something smart to say! Last time I checked, you guys are a bank AND THIS IS YOUR JOB! If you had the coin machine in the lobby, I'd gladly do it myself, but you have the machine behind the counter. Great customer service.....NOT!

Went there to get a used boat loan 7 days ago and still didn't get the loan. Kept asking for information days later when they should know how to do all sorts of loans and what they need the day you walk in there. Never in my life has a loan process been this difficult, long and unorganized. Lost the boat due to Zhang not doing her job. Now our credit was pulled for no reason. Will never go there again. Unbelievable!

Mike, the branch manager here is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and has the ability to get things done!

Need longer hours or open on weekends not convenient for people that work

Shady Shady Shady! I was a customer for well over a decade. Through the years they pulled lots of different tricks to hit me with extra fees. Finally I had enough. I cancelled all of my autopays from the account and left several thousand dollars in there in case something cleared. Then I emptied the account and called and asked for them to close it. Magically they have no record of the call. Because there was no activity they hit me with a service fee that put my account into overdraft status and hit me with an overdraft fee. They then closed the account and threatened my credit record if I did not pay them the fees. When I called the branch I was told they could not help me, even though it was all their fees that caused the negative. I called the 800 service number and was told they could not help me because the account was closed. I went in to the branch to pay their extortion fee. Only when I was at the counter did they tell me I needed cash. I came back with cash and it took two associates over 10 minutes to try to figure out what they were doing. They finally handed me a handwritten receipt because they couldn't figure out how to process the transaction. Unhelpful and apathetic customer service, inept employees, and shady policies. RUN don't walk to any other bank.

Would never recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. Glad they are being bought out.
