I just had an outstanding experience at All American for my first home. Dean was outstanding. He was very funny and made the signing process simple and easy to understand. The staff was all very friendly and offered complimentary drinks and made us feel at home. I went to my Grandma’s title signing just after and could notice the difference big time. Our experience was top notch and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Nicky Brodal, a Executive Closer at All American Title in Blaine, emailed us on Friday that we could come in and pre-sign closing documents the following week. We made an appointment and came to their beautiful offices Monday afternoon. The receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. Nicky was customer-friendly, thorough and efficient as she explained and handed over numerous documents for my husband and I to sign in the privacy of the conference room. Soon after we returned home, we each received an email with an attachment of the signed documents. Thank you for making the transaction as straightforward as possible. Much appreciated.

I am the Executor of my father's estate, which owned some land in Minnesota. The estate was Probated in another state, so this was a little more than your typical closing. On top of that, my father had not followed the proper procedure to transfer the property to him when my mother passed away over 20 years ago. Bailea Gothard at the Blaine office and the rest of the team at All American Title Company handled this not typical closing like they did these every day. Bailea was always responsive to emails and calls. We closed on this sale from sale contract signed to every thing signed sealed and deliver in less than 30 days. It was an easy and comfortable transaction experience. All the materials were explained in detail, and questioned answered prior to any signings. I feel like I had the worst setup to closing ever. This team was reactive, responsive and ready to get this closing completed as soon as possible before the buyers had a chance to change their mind… yet again. I will never use another title company. I don’t have enough great things to say about working with Dean Wathen at All American Title. We have closed on over 15 homes and this was by far my best experience! We were closing with a cash deal within 30 days and Dean accomplished it without a hitch! Not only that but it was out of state n he drove to the couple we purchased from to assist them! I'm a first time home buyer who did a refi after 3 years to get a better interest rate. The mortgage process requires one to give up so much personal information. When I bought the home my realtor and loan officer were both at the closing. Due to covid and this being a refi it was just going to be me and the title company. I felt really uncomfortable.
