They take a long time to answer calls (I plan to wait roughly 30 minutes since that is on average how long they take to answer.). However, once they answer the phone they are incredibly helpful and supportive! Helped me get back my money when someone committed fraud on my account!

First year here and they were very rude whenever i would make a deposit. Had to wait around 40 minutes and then she rudely told me that I was taking to long, when I didn't take more than 3 minutes.
