InTouch Credit Union-AH University Dr, Auburn Hills

I am very disappointed with this company in A. I Refinaced my car through Intouch in August 2021and I've had full coverage insurance through the whole process. I was never informed that I needed anything added to my insurance until a bill racked up of over $4000?!!? So, now I went from paying about $450 monthly on my note to $850 a month. I think this is awful business. I refinanced for a lower price and this is what happened. Smh.....

I would like to commend and give great praise to Cynthia Conley for her excellent customer service that she provided me in setting up my son's CHIPS/GEAR UP (checking and savings) accounts this week. It took a couple of phone calls and several emails to get these accounts set up, but Cynthia went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care. I live in TEXAS...my local ITCU branches did not provide me with the quality service that Cynthia did, but she was happy to oblige my request. Thank again Cynthia Conley for all your assistance...all the way from McKinney, Texas.

I have been a member of InTouch Credit Union for 35 years and I hope I can make it another 35. The staff are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. One of the best at the Auburn Hills location is Basi Patel. She goes out of her way to help me from the second I walk in the door until I leave. Basi always takes care of my business with perfection and makes me feel like a valued member. InTouch has taken care of my money and bill payment for 35 years and really do a great job meeting all my expectations and requirements. I recommend this credit union with all my heart and soul. Five star all the way.

Great, timely and professional customer assistance from Cindy! She went above and beyond to handle my concern and didn’t stop until I was satisfied. Also, she reviewed my situation and gave me some sound financial advice. She was willing to go the extra mile for me. Very personal and easy to work with! I've financed my last 4 vehicle's through InTouch Credit Union. On top of the great rates it's been the level of customer service Basi Patel has provided that keeps me a member. Basi is always polite, helpful and most of all adds zero pressure to the loaning process. I will continue to be a member of ITCU as long as Basi is there to work with.
