If I can give Vianey Lujan a 0, I would have. I'm a professional educated female. Vianey is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. Her inconsistency was non stop throughout the loan pricess. After working with her for two months she moved to Movement Mortgage without notice. I was contacted by my former Realtor Anabell. When I finally spoke with Vianey she was extremely rude . Screaming that she was the sole support of her family I couldn't understand what was the reason for the outburst. Vianey attempted to insult me by. stating save your money for a rainy day. I was shocked that someone wss so unprofessional and unethical.

Hernan answered all of our home ownership questions through the buying process and was right there with us each step of the way. He went above and beyond to get us through the trials of tribulations of making home ownership happen. Our realtor, Kyle Lambert (who works closely with Oakdale Mortgage), also went above and beyond for us. He was very patient with our ups and downs and gave us incredible advice on what he knew about real estate. We truly appreciate all of the hard work and time that each of these men dedicated to us.

Hernan and the Oakdale Mortgage people were excellent. We had issue after issue with another mortgage company including wasting our time by asking for the same information over and over, and changing the needed requirements several times. After nearly losing the home, Hernan took over the application, ran all the numbers and quickly made it all work. He even worked through his vacation to meet our deadline. Hernan and Oakdale Mortgage were miles above the service we were getting at the first mortgage company.

Very professional and quality service. Hernan is doing excellent job beyond your expectations. Just handle the stuff to him and relax. He will take care of you better than yourself :-)... I got another unexpected discount on loan calculations at the final stage. Oakdale will be the only referral address for my coomunity and friends. Thanks guys!
