I called to open an account and after discussing some details I was asked if I belonged to a Momna Community after a google search its a Gujarat Muslim community. Since I do not I was told I could not open a bank account personal or business. Didn’t know that was a thing… so just beware before you call so you don’t waste your time like I did. Take the 3 stars not as bad service but as a lack of transparency on website.

They don’t accept different races. Racist organization

I worked part-time at pioneer for over 2 years and I've never had an issue with the members and coworkers. Very friendly and fun place to work.

The people who are providing service at branch level are amazing people. But management and audit departments don't know what they are doing. It seems like they don't know the difference between officers and shareholders. Any one can be an officer and it can change on year to year basis. And they require owners to file Amendment for 'Public Information Report' based on who were officers originally.

Am having am account with this bank from last 11 years and i dont know whats wrong with their system everytime they are giving me hard time about my identity how are they maintaining their records know. Am very upset with this kind of service .
