I have had a wonderful experience every time I deal with Fig Loans. The customer service is top notch. I have had a couple of problems paying my loans back but they've always been there to help me along the way. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a short-term loan

I was able to get my loan refinanced for a larger amount and I did pay for the money to be put in my account automatically. It does take a little away from the amount but I had an emergency and they worked with me. I would suggest this company who needs money in a pinch. They are a little hard to get in touch with on the phone but they are quick to respond to email.

The very best place to get loans from when you are working rebuilding up your credit. Very flexible in changing payment dates to what works best for you up to a certain amount of days without affecting your credit negatively as long as you keep in good standings with them. I continue to use them even after building my credit up 100 points thanks to them

Fig is honestly such a good place to get a loan. They are quick to answer back and the money comes almost instantly. They also help with your credit and it just makes the most sense to get a loan through them. I've used them multiple times and have never had an issue. They also have deferment dates so you never have to worry about late payment issues.

I thought they were a great loan company until I applied for a loan and I was denied. I have had two loans that I have payed off on time no missed payment and payed the second one off early. Now I’m not good enough have a third loan. I don’t know who looks at your credibility but you would think I had enough.

I think fig is now closed down. Wont answer phone calls, wont answer emails. Been trying to get ahold of them over a week now. Their web site says i can refinance my loan with 1 payment left so i made a double payment last month when i had 3 left. Tried again Today. Left a email this morning. Can ivtefinance my loan now? Never got a reply. They must be closed down

I started using Fig Loans back in September of 2021. I was given 6 months to pay my loan back but I made my payments every 2 weeks with the last payment being in November. I applied for another loan, same amount in December and I'll be making my last payment on February 18th. You can change your payment schedule which is what I did. I'll continue to use Fig Loans, I've haven't had any issues with their services.

Paying off a $300 fig loan in four months raised my score by 102 points! They report to all 3 major credit bureaus and as a result I was approved for 2 good credit cards.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get a response for over a month now. I am one payment left on my second loan with them and I am unable to renew online. I emailed the address provided and I’m unable to get through over the phone. After my last payment I won’t be renewing my loan.

This has had to be one of the worst experiences with a loan company EVER. I applied last Sunday for a loan and wasn’t instantly approved for the highest amount. I noticed 4 days later I had not received the loan so I reached out to customer service (which was nearly impossible to get a hold of) they said to verify my account and routing number to make sure it was sent to the right place. Upon review I noticed that my account number was incorrect. Customer service asked me to correct it and that funds would be returned and then sent to my account within 3 to 5 days. Fast forward I noticed that I still had not received the funds and I am checking my email constantly to see if they had tried to get ahold of me but never received an email either. I decide to get online and check my account and notice that it doesn’t show that I ever even had a loan so I apply again only to get denied because my bank account wasn’t supported. This makes no sense because I was just approved with the same bank. I then try multiple times to get ahold of customer service with no luck. I decide to email and see if I can get a response and luckily I did. You can see from the photos below they were more of trying to shut me up then actually see what’s going on. There’s more to the story but to say this has been exhausting is an understatement. Also you will see at the end they said they sent me emails which I never received. I asked them to forward them to me but they never responded.

Super fast, friendly, and definitely affordable. They're so willing to work with you when it comes to repayments too -- the payments are all laid out so you're clear when they're due, and they're super easy to reschedule if needed. I recently had to work out a payment plan for one of my upcoming payments, so I contacted them through their online messaging system, and customer service replied within, like, two hours with my payment plan. They go above and beyond with everything they do. Thank you so much!

DO NOT bother calling when you need something. Can try calling 10, 15, even 20 times during differed " business " hours of the day no answer what so ever. Why have a phone number linked and a Vm when nobody picks up.

I love Fig when I need them they are on time. Only thing is I wish that they would have it if you requested money before 1pm you get the money the same day not waiting 2 days later. Like if you ask for it on a Thursday before 1 you should be able to get it that same day. But overall I love Fig it really helps me out when a emergency comes up. Thank you Fig loans.

Please Read the Fine Line. I am on my second loan with this company and they will change their terms with you because they don't like giving a second loan nor any after that. I paid my first loan off and when I went to apply for a second loan I was basically an outcast to them. They really didn't have a reason to deny me because I had built a successful repayment relationship (so I thought) with them. They granted me finally a second loan (as if they were going to not make it or I had a bad repayment history) and according to their website that says you will be eligible to apply for another loan when you only have 1 payment (which I do) and do not have any processing payments (which I don't). This company will apparently FALSE ADVERTISE. Stay away from this company- go elsewhere I know I am after today.

I have pretty bad credit, certainly not good enough to get a loan from a “major lender”. Fig not only gave me a loan…they were EXTREMELY flexible on working out a payment plan. I’ve done two loans now through this company, and my credit is up about 60 points which is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone

Fig gives you the effortless ability to reschedule any and all predetermined repayment dates. The second time I used Fig's services. I ended up slipping up, and allowed my account to go into default. Not even once was I treated poorly or harassed by any one from Fig Loan, or any debt collector. Thankfully, my financial situation is shifting. Horrible company. They have no problem giving you a loan. When you pay them off they don't want to update information on credit report to reflect correct information. It's ridiculous to dispute you have paid a balance in full. I will NEVER use them again. Avoid using them if you are trying to improve your credit. This company claims to help you build credit which is a complete lie.

Very easy application and process. Was approved on Thursday only thing that prevents me from a five star rating is the email they sent said funds would be available in my bank account by today however I still haven't received them and bank said there is no pending deposit from them right now. I tried to call and email them but no responses yet.

Fig has been a great company to do business with. During the loan payment process, I had to have emergency surgery, and they were patient and accommodating with adjusting the remaining payments. I DEFINITELY appreciate the care and assistance provided to my family and myself.

First they brought the approval down from $150 to $50 and gave me no reason, but I figured I'd take the loan so that I could work on improving my credit, and getting larger approvals, their website was buggy, couldn't upload my DL, had to email it directly, I finally was able to accept the loan and sign loan docs, while I was waiting for the funds to hit my account they wrote me back saying that my loan had been declined with no further explanation, hours later I received this email: "I am writing about the loan approval that we gave to you earlier today. I'm afraid that we have to rescind the loan offer due to one of our internal policies. During your loan acceptance process, we ran a final check against our internal database and found that someone sharing your name, address, one of your phone numbers, or one of your bank accounts has an outstanding loan from Fig. Normally, this would not be an issue, but our policy is that two closely related borrowers cannot have more than one first loan at a time from Fig, and that we are not able to serve borrowers that are closely related to a delinquent borrower until the delinquent loan is resolved. As a result, we are unable to confirm your loan documents and will not be giving you a loan. I understand that this must be frustrating given that you did sign your loan agreement and I absolutely sympathize. We weren't aware of your association with another Fig Loans borrower and would certainly have declined the loan at time of underwriting had we known. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding Best," Nobody else lives at my address, nobody has a name similar to mine, my phone # is mine, and mine only, I am the only signer on my bank account, I wrote them back and told them this, and asked for information about that delinquent loan, so that I could resolve the issue, they never responded. This has got to be the most, unprofessional, irresponsible, uncaring outfit out there.

Working with Fig was easy and they were very helpful from notifications that your bill would be coming up to allowing you to change your payment day to insure payment. I’d use them again!! Good for your credit also!!

I tried Fig loan for a small loan of $150 because that’s what they allow you for the first time getting an advance. Bad credit has always been an issue for me and I came across Fig Loans because of that. I was stressed and I thought this is it! Nope!! They denied my request because I have bad credit, they explained the reason for the denial. So they do check your credit and they will deny you!

Found Fig Loans thru a Google search. Looking to build my credit. They approved me for a reasonable amount with easy payment plan. Awesome product and easy service and terms to understand!!

This company has heart! I went through many tough times after I was approved for a loan and was not able to make a full payment or a payment at all at times. They worked with me and gave me a great amount of time to get my situations in order. There was no questions asked, there was no threatening calls or emails. I have used Fig loans a few times over the past few years and honestly they have been the absolute best loan company I’ve ever worked with. They have helped me when I needed help. But they do not abuse me and charge a ridiculous amount in interest. I show to have a loan with Fig that I never took out have tried to get in touch with them several time by Email like the recoding says since they never answer the phone. I have appealed it have tried getting in contact with them even offered to pay it off in a Email if the would give me the contact info cannot get any response they just keep reporting delinquent payments on my credi.

Fig Loan was great until it was time to pay out my loan. I cannot get anyone to return my calls and they have stopped responding to me emails. My loan was supposed to be paid out two business days after Feb. 12 and now we are well into March.

Sooooo much better than your typical Tribal Payday loan. The flexibility they build in to your payment schedule is a huge help. I've used them 3 times and have had a great experience without feeling like I've been robbed.

The loan I received via figloans was easy to get. Literally anyone could do it by filling out their form online. The one star is for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No responses via email, and when they do respond, it has absolutely no answers to the questions you asked previously. It feels like an automated response I’m receiving. They also never pick up their phone. And I mean never. I have called a total of 56 times, in the last 2 days. No answer, and no call back. I guarantee these reviews are all done by employees, or were purchased. Save yourself the chaos, and choose a different loan provider.

First the good - Took out a loan a few months ago. Was easy to obtain and they have a feature that allows you to change your payment date. Now the bad - they took out an unscheduled payment. Pay date is the 15th if every month for some reason they drafted my account on the 8th 2 weeks after my last payment only I am paying once monthly. This withdrawal overdrafted my account resulting in a $35 charge as well as leaving me with no money. I made several calls but you get the same message that “all customer service agents are busy…” no option to wait just disconnects you. 30 call attempts all resulting the same way. Used the app and to contact you get a text message “how can I help” responded with the issue a few times No Response. Sent several emails explaining the issue no response. They respond to these reviews “sorry to hear….please send issue to services@figloans blah, blah.” Alot of good that does you. When they have no customer service and fail to respond. To your needs. I’ve had other loans without the issues I have experienced and at least have an option to speak with someone if there is a problem. It seems like this unauthorized draft of my account is in breach of my contract with them and should afford me the right to not pay them anything going forward as they have placed me in financial jeopardy and undue stress. If they respond to this review most likely it will be a standard response “sorry to hear about your issue…please direct all issues to services@figloans” which as I have already noted they don’t respond to. If that is how they respond to his review then that shows they don’t even read these and really don’t have any care for their customers. If they credit my account and reimburse me for the overdraft I will amend this review

Fig loans is a scam and will only hurt your credit in the long run. I paid my loan off in full and fig customer service keeps telling me the same thing that they never received my payment. I have sent proof and also have had my bank contact them but I have yet to get a response since I sent my proof from bank. My advice is go elsewhere

A decent way to get a small loan when needed and a good way to build credit. They actually do not charge much to finance a small loan and in 4 payments you build credit faster than a longer term loan

I was approved for a 100 dollars loan it was suppose to be sent to my account on the 25th of may I received a 2 cents deposit but no 100 dollars it was suppose to be here by today still nothing then gone tell me I can pay the full amount I’m not paying for nothing I haven’t received if I have not received the loan by Monday I will be contacting my lawyer I will not pay for something I did not receive

Scam!!! I applied for a Loan & was Denied. My Bank account information was given & now i have no access to the application. It’s ironic that while submitting my Bank account information, everything was fine. My Bank Account was even verified with them. Once i got denied, now i can’t even Log in. All Customer service did was send an email to reset my password. Still doesn’t work btw. They also said “There was no account associated with my email or phone number”. How the heck did i submit an application then??? i seriously Do not recommend anyone apply for a Loan with this Company. Straight Trash. All of these Reviews are False!!! Now I have to change my banking information to be safe.

I can't express how awesome Fig Loans are, and how they've been to me! I have poor credit being through divorce, my daughter getting credit cards and putting me on the account (8 cards) and leaving home and I'm using most of Ms SSDI check per month trying to pay them off. But I've turned to Fig many times and have always been approved, even missed a payment ( forgetting to change bank info) and was never hounded just sent reminders THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST!! So what you read and agree to when taking out a loan with Fig Loans, IS NOT A LIE

I gave Fig only 3 stars because in theory it is a good loan company with low rates but they do not extend grace to anyone who may get off track on payments. Please don't confuse Grace with grace period. Let me explain... at the onset of Covid we were not working as many hours as before. I got a couple payments behind. Finally I was able to get set up on a repayment plan. A little later I went to borrow again and they put me on some type of program to re-establish my track record for paying on time. I paid on time every time and got up to $500 and then they suddenly dropped my re-borrowimg amount to $200. Stating that I extended my loan 2x in the repayment process. This is the GRACE PERIOD and it is free to use but I was penalized for using it because their repayment date didn't align with my paydates. So it's a good loan if you can get approved but they lack in the area of forgiveness... don't ever fall on hard times because they won't understand.

The first loan is easy to obtain, but anything after that is difficult unless you have perfect credit. Like their website says, do not pay anything off early with them because they don't pay any attention to your history with them when it comes to getting a new loan. There are better installment loans available!

So far I have had an amazing experience until today.. I have completed my second loan with y’all and I’m on my third.. both loans have been paid ahead of date and everything has been smooth! Today I got approved for a loan lower then the second loan which I believe should have been more since I have been consistent. I then emailed y’all in regards to my 3rd loan amount and I got an automated email.. nothing in regards to what I emailed y’all. The response yall sent me was my payment schedule and loan amount which I already have that. Just completely ignored my email reaching out about a concern.

Simple, quick loans. Amazing customer service. Great credit building helper! Mine has gone up almost 200 pts in the last year. I was in the 300s, thanks to student loans, so they definitely help those with bad credit. I have a credit card for the first time in my life, after getting, and paying off one of these loans. They start you off really low, so you don't overburden yourself, and the payments are super low, as compared to other loan and credit card options. If you've been turned down everywhere else, give Fig a try.
