This pawn shop has no return policy, they are rude and extremely unprofessional I pawned 5 music instruments and picked them all up and when I needed a loan again they low balled me, they don't believe in taking care of their customers that's why there isn't any in the store! Buyer beware! Give some one that will remember you Your business you are the customer and that should always be important!

I was discussing a beautiful G&L they had, when I guess a manager (bald guy) abruptly walked up, barked at me that they were “closed!” and asked me to leave. It is 3:48 in the afternoon now, and their updated hours out front said 6 pm closing. Nice pawn shop, but hard to do business with people that treat their customers that way. Hopefully the owner sees this, and that the person I am referring to is not him.

Most trusted place I've been to sell my scrap jewelry. I highly recommend this place. You get your money's worth. The same amount of my scrap jewelry was quoted for $250 at Elegant Jewelry while Heritage quoted for $486. Sold to Heritage. Very honest dealings. Many thanks Heritage.

i was thoroughly impressed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, the wide array of merchandise, and the overall professionalism of my entire experience. very fair and respectful bunch. enjoyed my time in the shop. it's refreshing to have some genuine down home customer service these days. you'll get the feeling they want to help you, not fleece you. the interest rate on a much needed short-term loan was frankly a blessing. i would highly recommend Heritage, and will definitely take my business there going forward. ps.. the shop dog is such a good boy

I highly recommend this place! They are simply amazing. I have bought at least 6 jewelry pieces from here over the past couple years and they have always worked with me on price and I am never disappointed. I have even sold some scrap jewelry in the past here and they gave me a very fair price. I have gone to other pawn shops in and around Sugar Land, Missouri City and in Houston and have been ripped off. A couple of years ago I had gold jewelry that I was trying to sell. Other pawn shops quoted the jewelry being worth between 475. and 500.00 dollars, but Heritage gave me 800.00 for! I felt I was dealing with honest people at Heritage. This place is reputable and will guarantee their gold and diamonds. Great place, good people! By the way I love my new ring!!

The guys and gals working there have always paid close attention to providing me, many of my friends and relatives with great assistance. We have purchased, sold and traded such a wide variety of items that it is hard to remember all of stuff from over the years - Guns, Jewelry, Artwork, Tools and Electronics etc... Rest assured that if you visit Heritage, you will not find a finer shop with better people.

I checked online for ratings. HERITAGE PAWN had the best ratings and comments of any PAWN Store. I went it in and was treated like an intelligent human being. The service was courteous, quick & very fair. Didn't spend a lot of time back and forth to come to an agreement. I will not go anywhere else. The lady that assisted me was very nice and also James. They have one of the best inventory of firearms. AWESOME!
