I was referred to the New American Funding team and Mr. Dwayne Graham by my realtor Jermisha Smith. The experience could not have been better from start to finish! Although all communication was via email or phone, the attention and guidance provided to me as their client was superb. I was encouraged to reach out and ask any questions I had about the process (this was my first and only attempt at applying for a mortgage and purchasing a home). Every time I received my answer in a timely manner and I was treated very respectfully. New American has funded several loans on investment properties for me. Mr Graham knows how to get things done!! He and his team were very responsive and helpful when we ran into a few speed bumps on the most recent purchase—due to the seller. Most importantly, is that we were able to close on time!!!
