O'Bannon Bank MO, Strafford

I would score lower but this is as low as I could score. Made a trade transaction at this bank. They lost the title to the vehicle and would not accept admitting they made a mistake was very rude thereafter found out few years later the original owner sent the bank a duplicate title. Nobody was notified. Looked through paperwork and found that the trade shouldn’t have taken place in the first place there was an error on the lein release that should have shut the procedure down Very unprofessional and hateful and not willing to even look into helping.

Everyone who works here is very friendly and personable. They are willing to take the time and effort to deal with you, rather than push you through in a hurry like meat on a conveyer belt.
