Robert and Cesar together did a great job helping Me and Andrei to make our 30 years dream of moving to Flórida become a reality. I know was a little stressed but you guys rocked and I have to say that when I am ready for my next property purchase this is the team I would love to work with again. Before Robert was referred to us, we had left down by 2 other brokers who said they couldn’t get us a $150K Aproval letter. I called Robert expecting to have a negative answer again but my realtor spoke to us about him so highly that we tried again. I remember saying to Robert that it would be a great birthday present if he could get us approved for our new apartment in Boca by my birthday but our real dream was be able to purchase a townhouse in the future. He would answer my calls 7am or 7pm, Sundays if I needed it and made sure all of my question was answered on ways that make me so security of what deal we’re getting into. Both of them worked so hard to help us, that even the mortgage monthly payments that was presented to us and we were comfortable with, they worked till the last night to get us even a better deal.
