We’ve refinanced with Kurt for years and he’s helped us purchase homes many times, and yet we still forget some of the process. Kurt never makes us feel incompetent for asking some questions we’ve probably asked ver and over in the past. He is always willing to take the time to explain anything we don’t understand - or remember how it works - as thoroughly as we want. Jim and his team performed excellently on our deal. We got a great interest rate on our mortgage that beat any prevailing market interest rate. Jim was also very responsive to questions and issues. His team worked quickly when we moved the closing date up a day, just two days before our scheduled closing. Keep in mind that lending is a two-sided process, and to get good service you need to be responsive. We worked diligently to provide documents and promptly take any required action. This allowed Jim's team to do their best work.

Excellent communication throughout the process, including being transparent about the reality of what is possible. I appreciate that Brian tells you up front what can be expected. He took care of me like family and I recommend Brian to everyone I can.
