I have been a member since I was 18 years. They have always been great to work with, even when I was learning how to manage my money and account. One day recently I left my wallet at home (my work is a 40 minute drive from my house) and my gas tank was on empty! I went into a branch after work, right before they closed and they were able to help me get some money out of my account even though I did not have my ID or any cards with me. I was so appreciative. They have great customer service everytime I call or even go through the drive through.

I have a personal, credit card, & business account through this bank. Almost 2 years. If you are to set up a personal account they are a great bank. If you are to set up a business or credit card account, however, it is a nightmare to utilize. I have had to go in and get my online login reset almost monthly because the system locked me out, I can never view my credit card estatments regardless of spending hours trying to find out through the website. I had to get a new business card created and the gentleman who helped me turned off my personal, even though I told him from the beginning it was for the business account, then failed to create it properly so I was unable to utilize the CARDS until it was fixed. Then, when I try to go in and talk to the branch manager to file a complaint, there is no branch manager available to discuss these consistent issues with. Again, great bank for just personal accounts, horrible for anything else. I will be leaving this bank after dealing with these issues for almost 2 solid years.

If you're looking for a bank, I wouldn't recommend NCCU. From my experience, I thought going local to smaller bank you get more help, NCCU proved me wrong. With unprofessional communication and limited to options, it gos to show that larger reputable bank institutions is the way to go. Why go local if you don't get treated like one?

I have had an account here for over 40 years. My husband has been here since we were married & our kids also have accounts. We all have multiple accounts & they take good care of everything. They've helped us with financing all of our vehicles & medical bills. They are very helpful with our kids savings & cd's and also helping our older kids with opening up their first checking and visa cards. They are always friendly and service with a smile. Whenever I have questions or need help with anything they are right there to help. I want to give a shout out to Cindy (former employee), Barbara, Lenette, Patty & Jeannie (sorry if I mispelled) but all the employees are great.

I've been a member in Cottage Grove for a number of years now and have encouraged many people to open an account here . the staff are friendly and polite and until now always there when needed . Unfortunately I am one of the members who's info was skimmed at the ATM May 11 - 13 . 2018 . My phone is different but my E-mail is current as they sent me a questionair this week. I had no need of my card until tonight , the 25th . my card was rejected . Confused , I pedal home and there is a letter in the mail box informing me about the skimmer . Glad they caught it , glad they killed the card to protect my account . Why , if unable to call me was I not sent an urgent Email ? Or a letter is fine but , Friday ? Of Memorial weekend ? Closed until Tuesday ! I've no cash on hand for food or gas or anything ! And the cupboard is bare . Yes , this will be a Memorable weekend . Got coffee . J.A.R.

Can not use any other credit debit card (star system) there except in drive up ATM machine which has been broken the last 3 times I have been there!

After rejecting to deposit a check the teller then laughed at me and told me to sign up for an account. I will never come here again. Horrible customer service
