Northwest Bank Abbott Rd, Lackawanna

Charged me late fee of $25 on an interest charge of $2.10 that they didn't post on my account. My online statement said I owed nothing but my emailed statement allegedly shows it. I would definitely stay away from this bank since they also love to nickel and dime charges.

Terrible experience attempting to get a mortgage. Underwriters we’re focused on 2017, not the last 3 years.

I have a business account there, They have a business teller Anne she always take care of me really good,when she is not at the location any other teller that i have to deal with give me hard time specially the lady Really disappointed with her i feel like she dont want to take care of me she never greets me no thank you and she give me expression every single time I might change my account to another bank

This bank is literally the worst ever. No customer service, terrible online services, garbage app. No one at corporate knows what the heck is going on. Unfortunately not a reflection on the local branch but this is such a horrible company I cannot leave anything but one star for any of their locations.

Terrible bank, loaded with predatory fees, the Merchant services is even worse. Literally worst financial institution I’ve ever been part of. I will be sure to make sure everyone is aware of the type of business ran here. All 100k of my followers will see this..

I hate to say this, but omg worst bank ever. Will be taking my businesses to another bank. Glad they screwed me in the beginning before real business was done with these snakes. Ps don’t ever get a credit card machine from them. Extremely ignorant people.

Only one nice lady that works there. Other than that will never set foot in there again. Fee’s galore. Terrible establishment
