2011 Ford Ranger, very happy with truck,shopped around and was happy with what i found here.I didn't expect a perfect truck being 10 years old found a couple common Ranger flaws that were easy to miss unless you drive it every day like me ,were easily fixed off a Facebook ranger group suggestion. Service department was courteous and answered all my questions. Salesman was polite also.I recommend purchasing from them. I plan on using them for any of my service needs in the future based on the fact they were all very professional and respectful.

The owner was very courteous. I hadn't studied the web site, should've called and made an appointment. Nevertheless he was extremely accommodating. I walk the lot at my leisure he even let me take a test drive. Will definitely be buying one of his great trucks.

Straight forward and extremely knowledgeable staff. They made my experience fast, friendly, and fairly priced. I needed an inspection and was unaware my tires were as worn as they were (exposed inner wires). They did the repair quickly and got my sticker replaced making my car safe for myself and my family. Will recommended Abbott to anyone in need of service!

Bought an 07 hummer w the warranty. After taking it to the shop a few times and them not knowing this issue we brought it to autozone to tell us it’s the alternator. The mechanic put it in and my daughter went on a trip. The car broke down. Had to have it towed back to Abbott motors after costing me $225 for him to tell me everything he did was right. So I bring it to the dealer... the alternator they input was WRONG! Warranty company wanted me to bring it back to them to fix it?? And no one wanted to give me my money back since that should have never happened!! After finally getting someone knowledgeable at the warranty company it is being fixed by the dealer. DONT GO TO THESE GUYS! I have had other issues but this was the last straw!!

Tim is a great guy he knows his stuff! They always service my truck in a timely manor. They give me a decent fair price and work around my schedule great. Thanks to them at Abbott motors I am able to drive long distance in my Tahoe I bought from them and trust it will hold up. I can always trust they will do the job right the first time!

These guys did an awesome job fixing my car. They got me in first thing in the morning and by early afternoon I was picking it up. My power steering was leaking and they pinpointed the problem and fixed it. I'm thankful because its mid winter and I couldn't be without my car. So that same day repair was clutch. I've had multiple repairs here and the customer service is real good. Highly recommend.

I went to look at a Jeep renegade they guy seems nice when I got there to test drive the check engine light was on which is obviously not ok I have owned a Jeep renegade before so I simply asked why it was on ( because it’s on for a reason...) I also had full intentions on purchasing ....well when I asked he said it was “just a sensor “ ..... but why is it on at all ... I was told it would be off the next day not understanding how considering it has to be driven to turn off I believe he meant reset 💁🏽‍♀️ Either way I was told if I don’t want it I can go it had only be 15 mins and I only asked why it was on . Just thought it was something to know if you don’t know about dealers then know they don’t turn you away for inquiries on your purchase

Tim is always great when I bring my husbands truck in for service. He’s very efficient and has repairs done in a timely manner. Let’s face it, cars aren’t built to last and unfortunately repairs need to be made regardless of where you purchased your car from. They do great work and charge less than a bigger dealership. I am confident that my repairs will be done correct each time I’ve had to bring our truck in. Thank you Tim for all your help!

A great truck shopping experience! Mike and Joe were professional, courteous, prompt and awesome to deal with! I live in the Utica area and took a chance at purchasing so far away. Absolutely did not disappoint! I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a used vehicle!

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I feel the need to warn the public of the awful experience I had at this dealership. I have bought used cars before so this isn’t my first time purchasing a used vehicle. I had seen a vehicle in their lot that I was in the market for. I had called the next day to take the vehicle for a test drive. After driving the vehicle I liked it and initiated the process of purchasing a 2013 Ford Explorer. I asked all the necessary questions about the vehicle such as, is it in good condition, is there anything wrong, etc... the dealership (Mike the owner and Tim the service technician) assured me that the vehicle was in good condition. The day I actually signed the paperwork and bought the vehicle, drove it off the lot for 2 miles and check engine light came on, the engine started stuttering and I immediately pulled over and shut the car off and turned it back on. This problem continued for about a month, and after bringing it back to the dealership a handful of times and the dealership assuring me they fixed the problem or gave me excuses as to why my vehicle was having problems, I became frustrated. I finally took it to a trusted mechanic and was told that there was a leak from my gas tank onto my exhaust making my vehicle not drivable and a major hazard!!!! FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH I DROVE THE VEHICLE LIKE THIS! I called Abbott motors immediately to complain and they seemed very defensive that this was not their fault, they had sold me a vehicle in good condition and that I must have done something to cause this, they also reminded me that I did purchase a used vehicle and the I shouldn’t expect it to be in perfect condition..I definitely didn’t expect it to be in new condition but I did expect it to be safe enough for me to drive... bottom line DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK!!!

Been to many auto shops over the years and I can honestly say this was the best overall. The staff at Abbott Motors were extremely professional and informative. Tim, specifically, was more than accommodating and saved me money in areas he could, being that I have a Cadillac and parts are pretty expensive. Communication was top notch. Everything was discussed before the work was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my family and friends here. I will certainly return if any more issues arise with my car. Highly recommend. A+! Abbott motors took fantastic care of my vehicle for me. I purchased my 2004 RAV4 from them many years ago and it now has well over 200,000 miles on it and it still runs and drives fantastic. I recently had to inspect my Rav and couldn't get the oxygen sensors to clear at another mechanic shop. I took it to Abbott and they handled it immediately and professionally. I have been financially distressed recently and upon inspection found out I needed tires badly. Mike and Tim knew my situation and set me up with 4 used tires that look brand new to me . It is nice to find out that during these tough times that people still care. Thanks Abbott!!

I recently purchased a car from Mike who made it as painless as possible! I had a hard time letting go of my old Jeep, but he made me feel comfortable, listened to me, and I never felt rushed. He went above & beyond matching me to the vehicle that was safe and met all of my needs. The entire process was quick and clear, without any last minute surprises. Had a great experience with these guys last week. Called about a truck on Monday and was out the door Thursday. We’re great working around my work schedule and staying later to help me. Answered whatever questions i had. Called and checked on me and the truck couple days later, didn’t pressure me Into buying anything. Never felt like they were just trying to sell me another vehicle.
