I met Kat Rosas in 2020 when we decided to move during the pandemic! From the first moment of contact she was great to work with. Communication was always prompt and she made sure throughout the almost 2 yrs at the property that our needs were always taken care of.

I worked with Kat Rosas for over 3 years, initially when I moved out of my home in Westerville for property management as a rental, and again as a designer to update the house to sell. Then she was my listing agent and got me a terrific price for my home! A+ every step of the way. Kat sets the gold standard. I've owned several rentals and I only wish they could all stand out like Kat. I live out of state, but never had to worry as she was on top of the property 100%, and that means I never had to fly back to do anything with the property. Quick response times and she genuinely took pride in her work, which means I didn't have to worry. During rehab she again was on top of it 100% and has great taste btw. Again, I didn't have to fly back to get this done, and I got all the pix I wanted. Selling was also a breeze and she was very knowledgeable and skilled in this area as well, and she can predict things well. If you are in need of a one stop shop for property needs, you must call Kat! She is awesome and is the exactly the person every private property owner needs.

Kat Rosas is the best I have talked to or worked with in Columbus. She is an absolute professional that exceeded my expectations in the house buying process! She was helpful and patient when I had any questions, and she stood by me when I had to fire my mortgage broker - even suggesting a few replacements who, the one I went with was fantastic! She negotiated excellent deals for me, and was savvy about the in's and out's of the options available and ultimately landed me a beautiful home!
