Upon submitting my application, I wasn’t sure where it would go from there, but Shasta got the ball rolling quickly and assured us that a home purchase was attainable despite the crazy market right now. She assisted us in loan options, possible payments, and interest rates from start to finish. I reached out to Chris Wharton weeks before we decided to apply for a mortgage. He took his time explaining things and giving us a complete idea on what we need to move forward and be prepared. He was incredibly knowledgeable. Especially when it came to getting approval with us being self employed. The others I spoke with didn't understand our situation or weren't sure about things, Chris was confident from the beginning and fully understood. He was always prepared with an answer and always responded. When we found a property and began the process Kaitlin Conidi jumped on board to help gather documents. She was incredibly prompt at answering questions. Our process was so smooth! We were prepared for a painstakingly, long, dreadful process like what had been described by EVERYONE around us, it was the complete opposite. In one month we went from offer accepted to clear to close.
