Ashley was absolutely amazing. Thanks to her amazing work and Brian's as well I was able to open an account with this union. I had my first account with them and I hope to continue to work with them down the line. The amazing customer service brings me back here every time.

I swung by the Northwood branch today and opened an account with Karen. She was INCREDIBLE! By the time I left we opened all my account, enrolled in direct deposit, online banking, got approved for a credit builder loan AND she got me in touch with a financial advisor. One stop shop… KAREN IS GREAT. NORTHWOOD is the best!
