NORTH STATE ACCEPTANCE N Brightleaf Blvd, Smithfield

If I could I would rate North State a ZERO I paid my payments on time up until I was laid off from my job due to legal matters. I called them up and arranged to return the vehicle; in good status with no damages. North State sold the vehicle at an action in Virginia but harasses me for the full payment of vehicle value and keeps causing my credit score to go down every year around tax time ONLY. North State are unprofessional, money hungry con artists. I'm not paying for a car that I don't have and they sold years ago for the price they set. I will never recommend North State to no one.

From the red Z-71 to the Trailblazer Amy and the employees at Northstate in Smithfield NC are amazing and have helped us out many times in the past and even without having to still helped us get our Trailblazer. It is another vehicle paid off through them. Amazing ppl to deal with. They are understanding just call them. Mention me as a referral if you apply. Thanks North State!!!

WORST FINANCE COMPANY IN THE WHOLE F****** WORLD!!!! They try to REPO your car for anything they can think of! Even REPO by mistake! How is this company still in business! They REPOED my car BY MISTAKE at midnight on Christmas eve! How embarrassing is that, to have to call family to come pick you up in the AM because you now have no transportation to Christmas Church with the family the next day! Tina is the nastiest, lying, sneaky B*TCH in the world. How she still has a job, the way she talks to people is beyond me! Unbelievable! You send in your payments and they say they have not received them and try to come get your car! ALL THE TIME!!! She curses you over the phone and treats you like you are stupid. When you ask to speak to the manager, they tell you he is always on the phone! OR THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU!!! They call and harass you from the office until you threaten to report them. Then, they call you from their cell phones!!! Not one single person there is helpful or nice. They are all a**holes! Lucky Smithfield, NC, where they are located at is too far for me to go up there, or I would have killed someone! It was so bad, that I traded in my car at a different dealership so I could finance through another lender. Even then, when the dealership and myself called them to get the pay-off, Tina said she wasn't going to give me that info so I couldn't trade my car! THAT is against the law!!! BIG TIME!!!! This company should go out of business and NO ONE should EVER hire anyone who works there! RUN, FAST! When you hear their name! Do NOT use this lender!

I wouldn't give not one star the rude most ignorant, unprofessional company I have ever delt with. Do not and I repeat do not get no loan or assistance of type from Goldsboro or Smithfield office.

very good company. i have had 3 vehicles financed with them and never a problem. As long as you make your payment's you will never hear from them. Amy and Carol are great. A++++++++

Not sure what all of the complaining is about. Been with them for 10 months now and as long as you pay on time it's been quite pleasant. Was late once and all they did was send me a text asking when I could pay. I told them, and they didn't bug me again.

This company is a joke they will come repo your vehicle late at night so you cannot get your belongings and then they were b******* you when you try to get your belongings in my book they are piece of s*** I owe them $600 they came got my vehicle I was fine with that did not care about the vehicle I never got my belongings out of my truck no one ever contacted me about the belongings in my truck power tools over $2,000 worth never seen again the guy Danny that I was supposed to contact about my tools was never in the office this company is a piece of s***

Just terrible everything about the company I would not advise my dog to them they help no one and are very rude.
