I was supposed to pick up a camera lens while visiting my family. I ran out of time and simply could not pick it up. I called from Chicago and told them that I was going to send someone to pick it up, my non-English speaking mom. I must say, the lady I spoke with was helpful from beginning to end. She put me on speaker while my mom was at the store. Not sure why else I can say, but thanks

Employees are very rude and they barely have any inventory so never go to this terrible pawn shop unless your life depends on it and then I still wouldn't go back!

I lost a ring that I have owned for over 15 years. I was very shocked that you only get 60 days no grace period or notice by phone or mail as a courtesy. I was simply expressing how hurt I was and the male associate asked me was I done and said it’s your stuff we don’t do that. In the last 3 months I purchased 2 tv’s a Nintendo switch a Louis Vuitton purse and a diamond ring and you would think that at least some sort of compassion or concern for customers could be faked for just a few moments on the phone. So again my fault for not keeping track but their fault for lacking basic customer service skills. Kindness goes a long way. Loyal customer lost. But after that call I’m sure they’re not the least bit concerned.

Two weeks ago I went to make a payment on one of my items. “It was 5:53” on a Friday. They had locked the doors and already counting money. “Refused to help” fast forward to today I got my X-box, but only after the mean lady with the dog slammed it on the counter! because her dog was more important then my X-box. “Worst pawnshop in Dallas “maybe the whole world” word of advice never go here!

The staff here is very friendly , and when treated with respect is willing to help. I got a great deal on a really cheap radar detector. Sure they had more expensive ones. But this one saved me from getting 2 tickets the first week I had it. As far as I am concerned. It already paid for itself. Thanks .

They have really great customer service here! Everyone spoke and greeted as we walked in. They were speedy and helpful. I would recommend this Pawn Shop.

I've been going to them for years, a great staff overall. I especially love when the owner is working. She's really friendly, and she'll give you a good deal. When I'm looking for a good deal or just want a great lay away option, they're my go to.

Spent a lot of money here over the years. Bought a guitar, a couple switch consoles, and some other miscellaneous stuff. Went in today and someone behind the counter was talking with some customers about how Democrats aren't Americans. Well I know that my -money- is American and will spend just fine somewhere else where I won't be insulted.

A gun was discharged from this business yesterday afternoon, the bullet went across all lanes of traffic and ended up in the apartment building across the street in the bedroom of a resident. Thankfully no one was hit. How was this allowed to happen? How can anyone be safe in or around this business?

in this place they are very dishonest they sold me an ipod touch supposedly that worked perfectly, and a week after activating my apple id I realized that I can no longer download applications on the iPod, therefore I called the pawnshop and they told me that the iPod worked when I bought it! when is lies. Don't go to this place the will steal your money
