First Convenience Bank Frankford Rd, Dallas

I usually would not write a review but I have to allow this to be understood that these people will rob you of your money and cut your transfers off at 9:30. Even if it's an emergency or you have money in your account you cannot transfer anything after their time frame . This banking company took almost $150 from me and only refunded me back $12. So unacceptable! Let's be clear if you can refund me back $12 you should be able to refound at least half of what was taken. I do not recommend this bank to anyone nor will I return.

I usually do not rate or provide feedback but I have been sooo unsatisfied with the customer service every time I have come to this location. They do not acknowledged you, they will hold conversations between each other while you are being serviced. I've been with this bank for a very long time, but will be closing this account do to the poor customer service I continue to experience

I am Sooooooooo impressed with the level of professionalism I've encountered. Ms.Tish is the sweetest most intelectual person I've met. Also, The entire team has such a great flow and you can tell they genuinely care about the company and each other. Thank you for making myself and my family feel financially comfortable with First Convenience Bank.

The branches I use have excellent customer service - ladies have always been super friendly, remember me each time I'm there (unusual outside of small town America), and although I haven't personally had issues, I've heard them working with other customers and they've always sounded very accommodating and reasonable. Also love the hours - very convenient... 2 small things I'd change - 1) Ability to deposit thru the ATM 2) Same day check deposit But that's a small inconvenience to pay for an overall excellent banking experience.

Unlike the others who have rated this bank, I love it here!!! I've been banking with them for about 5 years now and they are amazing! I get great customer service. I love banking with them because it's very convenient location, they are always there with a smile, and my favorite part is they have it set up where every morning I get a txt stating my current usable balance!!! This helps me because every other bank I've ever banked with lets you over draft and then charges you an arm and a leg, and if you call to check your balance you will get the amount you have in but it didn't include pending transactions!!! If you get direct deposit you will get it early and if you are in need of cash and have a direct deposits account they will give you a loan!!! No matter what your credit score is! Give Them a try they are awesome. As long as your responsible with your money which by the looks of it most people are not.

Love this location. All the employees are patient and kind. Miss Reina always recognises me and always has a smile on her face! She even activated my temp debit card for me in store; which is awesome. Anytime I come to my bank, even if the line is around the corner, everyone is happy and does whatever they can to give me a good experience or help me with any concerns. There’s a reason I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years!!

They may not have any drive thrus(atleast not around dfw) but this place will: make you a temp card on the spot without ID. They have your picture on file and they send a permanent card to your address. They have never given me any problems in 3 years. I have not ever used any of their loan departments and I hear that's the gray area with this bank. If you have direct dep OR you use your debit card atleast twelve times a month, they waive the $12 a month "service fee".

Lost my card a couple times, forgot my pin a couple of times too. I exceeded the amount for receiving new debit cards, however, the slim latina was more than happy to help me, and every time with a smile. She's perhaps the only reason why I am giving an excellent rating. Don't know what's up with all these other unhappy customers they probably were having bad days.

There is a personal banker here that I usually deal with who is the sweetest employee ever and her name is Britney. Thank you for always being kind and respectful Britney if I could rate you alone I would give you 5 STARS. Today however, I had to encounter a girl named Reina Mendez/Mendoza who was very rude. The way she spoke to me was very condescending and I don’t appreciate it. Especially because I have banked here for years and have numerous accounts open with them and have referred people here. Treat customers better Reina or find a job that makes you happier!

Been banking here 2plus years..and first bank I've felt personable communication..always treated with respect know matter size of deposit..convenient hours..amazing customer service at all times..shout out to DAVIS!!
