    I just moved to Carrollton a few weeks ago from Seattle where I've banked at a credit union for over 35 years. I found City Credit Union as a nearby shared services branch where Stephanie, Elizabeth, and Kaci were very helpful in fulfilling my banking needs. Great service with a smile!

    First I want to start by saying, I love City Credit Union! This CU has been serving my family for years starting with my grand dad who worked for the city. My father who passed last year and mother who remains with me still owns and loves her account. I recently moved back to Texas from California to be with my mother. I moved to the Carrollton area for my new job. I was sad knowing that Ferguson was my closest location until I found out they have a Frankford branch! I was so happy this CU means a lot because it holds memories for me (my dad). At this point I am not a member and walked in to join. I was not greeted upon arrival, but the ladies looked busy, no love lost. I spoke with a young lady name Kaley or Kasey (forgive me I don't remember) I told her I would like to open an account. She typed on her computer and soon after I was told I could not be helped. I'm curious as to why not I saw two young women in offices. She let me know one was for loans the other was the manager. I asked for the manager. She let me know she was busy, yet I looked over and the young lady was occupied on her cellphone. I asked her name she said Miss Eliza. I asked to speak to her because I also want the account for personal reasons but also to send money to my mother. Again, Eliza remained occupied with her cellphone and not once came to acknowledge me or present herself as the manager that I was told she was. I thought to walk in the office, but her current text conversation seemed far to important and I was angry at this point (Did not want to come across as ''that person'') . I am very dissatisfied with this locations manager. I do not understand what had Eliza so busy that I could not be serviced or acknowledged. I am not confident I'll be back as so long as she is the only manager on duty. I see a lot good reviews for this young lady, so I am confused as to why I was not treated with the same level of customer service. I do hope that Eliza is taken back to manager's training. I still love and appreciate this CU and would recommend it after the cellphone policy is revised. Thank you for serving my family CCU.

    Very poor communication once you pay off your loan. I was charged inactivity fees over and over and there was no prior intimation of maintaining activity in order to not have those fees levied. Even after charging fees for months at length, there was no email/phone call about the same. They did the paperwork well, they did disburse the loan on time but the experience after paying off loan, left a bad taste.

    Elizabeth and Kasey have definitely restored my trust back into this branch location. I had definitely stop making large deposits after the staff member change after the COVID. It had truly went down hill. Finally they hired ppl that want to work and are pleasant, fast & accurate. One of my favorite branches after Ferguson location.

    On Monday 10,25,2021 I walked in the City Credit Union of Frankfort Dallas. I wanted to open an account there. Elizabeth Vega willingly full of energy and happy face came forward to help me. She was so nice and helpful than I was wondered How one can be so nice and kind and so knowledgeable of what she does. I guess I was very lucky ! in fact every one there were very polite and cheerful to see me. I will recommend my friend to visit and open an account if they need any help with bank issues.     I have been thinking about opening a bank account with this bank, after talking to Elizabeth she convinced me that City Credit Union bank is a bank that actually cares and helps the community get the best rates for a car loan.
