Ben took excellent care of me and my first custom jewelry design. I highly recommend Normans. I saw a beautiful necklace that was far outside of my price range. I took the photo to Ben and he had the item recreated with diamonds, pearl and gold just as the original for 1/3 of the original cost. It was ready in in less than 30 days. Excellent customer service. I'm already thinking of my next piece!!!

Absolutely love Norman’s jewelry and loan! Every time I went there the customer service was great. The last time I went was for my broken anklet and Nicholas Frank had me in and out with a fixed and clean anklet no longer than 10 minutes later! The store has a variety of jewelry, coats, and purses etc to choose from too. Highly recommend

Norman’s provides fast and friendly jewelry repair service at great prices. I needed a new watch battery and had also broken the clasp on a necklace. They replaced the battery and fixed clasp within minutes! I will definitely make this my new go-to for jewelry services in the future.

I’ll start by saying I LOVE THIS STORE!! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve been going here for over 10years, and do not see that changing anytime soon. This is the go to for jewelry (custom or regular), watches and so much more. If they don’t have it they’ll get it. Reasonable prices and a comfortable setting. Norman’s is awesome! I’ve known Nick a long time and he made two engagement rings for me to the exact specification. The second one I decided I wanted to change the design a few years after my first one and told him what I wanted and he created the ring perfectly. Nick is always very helpful with explaining my options and really insightful. I’m so happy with the result!

Nick at Norman’s Jewelry & Loan is great to work with! He brings out your vision. He created an identity bracelet for my nephew as a baby shower gift. I’ll definitely be going to him for my nephew’s baptism jewelry and all of my other needs. Everyone there is extremely nice - I brought the bracelet back to have links added to it as my nephew grew bigger and I was taken care of without worry. I visited Normans for the first time and it was so amazing! Their jewelry is just beautiful I bought so much stuff! But also the whole experience and ambiance was cool and inviting. That being said, I feel inclined to do so because WOW - this is the best experience I have ever had or received in a jewelry store. Beautiful store from the moment you walk in, wide variety of GRADE A luxury goods, staff was extremely knowledgeable...just WOW. One of the owners showed me around personally, explaining all of the estate pieces and different types of jewelry they had on display. He even went to get his custom jewelry designer and brought him out to discuss ideas with me on wedding rings. I believe his name was Nick? Great guy. I'm a guy so never knew shopping for jewelry could be so FUN and INTERESTING. Normans' is the only place I shop from now on!!!

Let me tell you about my wonderful first-time experience at Norman's Jewelry. My initial visit was to sell my mother's jewelry from her estate. My encounter with Nick was nothing short of meeting my expectations. He and his staff were very professional and friendly, all made me very comfortable in the way they do business. They were very generous in the evaluation of jewelry which was higher than the appraised value from a reputable certified appraiser in Troy. In the process, I had a diamond ring that belonged to my late father along with a photo of a pendant that I had been holding onto for over 25 years. I wanted a pendant made for myself and Nick listened to my desire and designed a simply beautiful pendant that speaks to me. I have made Norman's my first line jewelry place going forward because Nick gives his client's his undivided attention.
