If I could give ten stars, I would hands down! I was a bit skeptical at first, because they reached out to me, after I applied for a refinance with my previous mortgage company. However, Jake and Peter were fabulous. Jake was very personable and got the process started. Peter finished up everything and kept me well informed. I think this has been the best company I have ever worked with to get a mortgage. I highly recommend them. They are caring and really know their stuff. They want to help, not just take your money. They work hard to get you the best loan for your personal needs. I am so thankful to these guys and glad I put my trust in them!

Matt was the best agent I’ve worked with. He was attentive and he really helped support the loan process to be as easy as possible. Where can I begin? I began the refinance process with my local bank and during the process I get a call from Assur Loans. I was very hesitant to proceed, but I was honestly bored and thought let me hear what these guys have to say. I then found myself on the phone with Peter and all I have to say is WOW. I have never spoke with someone who was so natural on the phone while at the same time finding the perfect solution. Originally I was only refinancing my mortgage, but he found a program that saved me 5 times more than I originally planned! I was so blown away by his level of professionalism, he made the decision so easy to make. Not only did he get me the best deal (also was compared to my other offer) he made the process so simple. I have refied a couple of times with Peter Elia from Assur Loans in Machigan. I am on the west coast and yet he was completely available and very responsive nights and weekends. Peter really listens to what your goals are and finds creative solutions. He is able to find very competitive rates. He can place clients with many different loan companies so his reach is far. He was very responsive throughout the process all the way through closing. Hey had questions on some of the various documents along the way and explained them to me very clearly in a neutral way. I am so impressed with the turnaround time of our refinance. The entire process lasted 5-days from start to finish. Our agent, Michael, was always a complete professional, extremely timely in all communication, and followed-through with his word. He always met deadlines and often had updates and information sooner. We refinanced our first home through another company and what Michael was able to accomplish in 5-days, took our last agent 3-months.
