Renee is the hardest working person I’ve ever met in my life, she is really on the ball when it comes to making a great deal happen, very responsive and informative through the whole process. It was so many obstacles that we had to overcome to get through the process but she never got frustrated and she stayed professional the whole journey even when I was getting frustrated. I’m a spiritual person and I feel like if it wasn’t for the good Lord sending her my way my refinance would not have happened so I’m grateful for that, so again I say thank you Great Lakes lending (Renee) you are greatly appreciated.
