~~~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!! ~~~ I previously posted the following: "Good branch, friendly staff. it was a quick in and out, polite & knowledgeable." I went back one year later on 6/10/22 to open a new checking account, I had a $375 promotional code, and the account was opened exactly 12 months after I closed my previous account. The employee told me the offer does not apply, even though it was exactly 12 months after and it would qualify. then she closed my account without asking me. After I went back a couple of weeks later to try again they told me I closed my account that day and I do not qualify. When the branch manager spoke to the employee, the employee lied about the fact she closed the account without asking me + She lied to her boss and said that I did not tell her I have a promotional offer. ~~~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!! ~~~

My landlord has an account here, so this is where I come to pay my rent. I love this bank because they hardly have anyone in there. I can go in deposit my money and get on with my day! Keep up the good work Fifth Third.

This branch is family. When ever I need something they always step up like family. Genuine and kind staff and I love them all.

3/4/2021 was my first time going to this branch and it was a very pleasant experience. The location was clean and appeared to be well organized. The bank staff was very nice and it certainly didn't hurt that they were all absolutely beautiful. Quick service and a nice atmosphere.

Been a client here since 2015. They have been very helpful with my needs and Kathryn, one of their account managers has been assisting me, my sister and my parents with her very best. She even educate us on how things work for credit cards and Loans.Too bad she transferred to a different location. I will definitely miss her. But still an awesome place to get your transaction done.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Never crowded people are not in line long
