    I went to this dealership some time back for a fix on my turbo and a oil change for my Kia Sorento. When I got my car back my windshield was cracked, my windshield wipers were no longer working and my air conditioner wasn’t working. It was in the winter so I was using heat and didn’t know my air was not working until 2-3 months later when it started to get warm outside. It was my first and last time taking my car there I do not recommend this dealership service center. I called regarding the windshield I got no where now I’m finding out I have a complete hole in my radiator and I have to pay almost 1200 to get this issue fixed that wasn’t a issue before going to this shop, on top of buying new wipers and replacing a windshield. 0 out of 10 recommend.

    Another Kia dealership tried to charge me $500 for diagnosing my issue while Glassman Kia diagnosed and fixed my problem for only $75. I am so thankful to have found a Kia dealership that doesn’t try to take advantage of women coming in for service who know nothing about cars and what repairs typically cost. Glassman’s service manager were friendly, timely, and for the job done at a fair rate! Thank you!

    BEWARE - Don't rely on phone conversations with sales or the calculator on the Kia website when you're shopping for a car to lease. They will say anything to get you into the store. Went in today after speaking on the phone with a salesperson and was surprised to find out after running my credit with a hard inquiry (which was still excellent), that the car was in fact not available for lease and was marked up 3000 dollars higher than on the website and calculator. To get the price i was told on the phone i would have to put an additional 2500 dollars down and take on a 7 year finance to purchase. After saying I wasn't going to be able to afford the car I wanted, and asked about a smaller sedan, I was told that "that car wouldn't be big enough for you". I said i would check in with my credit union for a loan and call back, and was told that i wouldnt find a better rate (it had to be 25% interest they were offering me) and that id better not misss the opportunity. Total bait and switch. I drove an hour to see the car, and made to feel like I didn't "understand the process". The person shopping next to me walked out too.

    In short they lied about the features of the car I leased. Said the new car had the these features but they didnt. And there were a make or break for me. Called in to let them know and see what they would do for me and said they would look into adding them in. I never got a call back. They do not care about you after you sign the paperwork.

    If you need a car Golling Kia is the place. I bought an EV6 and they did not mark up the price like Glassman Kia. Ralph and Mindy were the power team that got the job done. I recommend them if you want great customer service. THANKS GOLLING KIA

    Went into the dealership to have an oil change and they did not top off my windshield wiper fluid, and when I called back I was told that they don’t do that unless I requested it to be done.😳Really! Checking all the fluids is done by request only!! I should have gone to the quick change oil place nearest me because this half - service is second rate…I will never choose this place again…Lesson learned….Very disappointed

    I actually found the car I wanted at another dealership. I felt the price was to high and they would not budge. I found the same car the Seltos XS on cars.com with the price I was willing to pay at Glassman Kia (minus a sunroof). I had an appointment at 5:45 pm, I walked in and showed Michael and Soul B the price that it was listed for to validate the numbers, I took it for a quick drive on the highway and I left at 8:30pm with my new Seltos. They did not play games with me and they did not have hidden fees that boosted the price. They also saved me from overpaying by $2400.00! Thank you guys, I will be recommending you to anyone looking for a Kia!

    I am looking for a new car and asked about the advertised deals on 2 vehicles and was told that they don’t honor the deals online. They are marking their cars way above MSRP is what the sales rep had told me. The sales manager called me to harass me after trying to “help”. Saying no one is going to honor it. This place is just con artist sales team. Avoid at all costs.

    So, we all know that there are shortages. Just be aware that when you go to the Kia USA website & mock up a car + get paired with a local dealer that has them in stock that you will not get that price at the dealer. Call it what you want: charging over sticker, marking up, gouging. I was told that most dealers are engaging in this nowadays by a Glassman salesperson; this is not true. Some dealerships are definitely gouging (that’s the word I like), though. And, Glassman Kia is. Customers definitely remember this sort of stuff. I guess get it while the gettin’ is good, eh? Those short term gains 💪

    I bought a Kia Soul used from them 3 weeks ago. Within that time, the car began experiencing major mechanical problems (stalling, underperforming). When I took it back to the service center, expressing how upset I was, they told me because I didn’t have a warranty (neither the sales department or my bank offered one), they told me I was responsible for the repairs. I expressed dissatisfaction with this, and they gave me about 15% off on labor/expenses. I ended up shelling out hundreds for a car I’d paid them nearly $10k for just weeks before. So don’t buy from them unless you want to roll the dice on a car like you got it in a private sale.

    Wish I could give 0. Paid 4500 for a vehicle, within 30 days in overheated. Sexist salesman. I've taken to the dealer for repair. They fixed it, but wasn't fixed. They have had the vehicle over 3 weeks. I have replaced heater core, water pump, radiator. Still not fixed. Terrible

    Service center was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment online to have recalls fixed a month ago and upon arrival was told the system was down. No problem, technical issues happen. Made a second appointment in person, and when I called to confirm, was told they needed to order parts. So we pushed back the appointment another 2 weeks, to be on the safe side. Just called this morning before my appointment to inquire about a loaner car. They informed me that they do not have any, "oh and by the way, we can't do your recall either." They said the parts were back ordered and started to laugh when they asked if I wanted to be put on a wait list. I declined. I'm disappointed they had no intention of letting me know in advance my appointment wasn't happening... again. I'm so glad I called first! I'll take my service and future sales elsewhere.

    I have never had such pleasure buying a car! Saif and David are the best. I'm sure the whole team is pretty awesome just by watching and listening. They are so nice and professional.     We had a wonderful experience buying a used 2016 Kia Sorento in great condition here. Thank you, Edward and Gary! We got a GREAT deal and are so pleased. We had our 3 year old and 11 month old baby with us, and the staff was so kind and patient with our children too, which made me feel more comfortable. I was a little nervous about trying to buy a car with little ones in tow, but it was all really seamless. When we sat down to do the paperwork, Edward even pulled up a big rolling chair for my 3 year old son to sit in. That small gesture was actually really helpful and made the experience special for my son too, like he was a part of it - he just ate his snack and sat in his chair contentedly. We chatted with some of the other salesmen/woman who was around while we waited, and everyone was just really natural and pleasant. The whole vibe of the place was comfortable and personable, the process was quick, and most importantly, we love our new car! I recommend Glassman Auto! Thanks again, Edward and Gary!

    Initially, my experience there wasn't too bad as they properly valued my vehicle and gave me an amount which was fairly reasonable in comparison to other places. But this is where things began to go downhill. I was initially looking into the Kia Telluride and the Sales person I was working with seemed fairly new. Which I completely understand that people need to learn on the job at times but it seems as though she needed to check with "her superior" after each and every question which we asked. But even then, I was able to overlook this. This is when the superior which she was speaking to for every question, Andre, came into the equation. He broke down the specific model of Telluride which we were looking for. The nightfall edition which would cost about 50k give or take, and even showed us the sticker for it. Awesome, right? I thought so too, until the hidden fee's started creeping up on me. After we saw the sticker price, and heard the vehicle was on it's way and should be at the dealership within a week or two, we were completely on board. They kept shoving it in our face that they were "one of the only dealers that gives sticker price on the Telluride and doesn't add on a premium". This slowly turned out to be a lie, but I'll get to that. So our sales person needed about a day or so to get the final amount we'd be financing after everything is calculated and the trade in is factored in. She gave me a call and told me that with the trade in, we'd be financing about 50k. That didn't quite fall in line with my numbers as my trade in would have provided me 5k and with taxes, the vehicle should have been about 53k. Apparently, there were specific warranties and additional items which they add onto the Telluride from the dealership which you can't remove...because...it's the Telluride? Whatever, it was okay with me, I was willing to eat that amount and work with it, as it benefit me in some manner. So going by the assumed 50k I'd be financing, I managed to scrounge up another 6k in cash for a down payment that would have, based on my calculations and how much I'd be financing from the sales persons call, about 44k financed in total. I come into the dealership with my 6k down payment offer, and then after they tally everything up with Andre, they bring a breakdown and I'd be financing about 49k????? What?? That's when things fell apart, I saw the sticker price and was quoted a specific amount by the sales person, and then Andre continues to tell me that they do a premium of about 3k on the Telluride. Which was completely unacceptable as I was already quoted and promised sticker price by the sales person! I was even given an estimate to how much I'd be financing. At this point, I was done, I left the dealership and went to LaFontaine Kia. Not only were they more friendly and knowledgeable, they didn't give off the vibe that I was just another "sale". They provided me the same exact vehicle with an premium of only 500 and would also hold the vehicle for me. No additional warranties forced onto me unless I wanted it. All in all, avoid Glassman Kia if you can. They're just not up to par when it comes to other dealerships out there.

    Wonderful experience! Literally had my needs met without any hassle. I appreciate the attention to my concerns and also how everything was explained to me in language I understood. Tony was awesome and amazing! Very personable, friendly and made me feel safe leaving my car in their hands after I had been mistreated horribly at LaFontaine Kia! The service was speedy and I was provided with a loaner vehicle while they serviced my car. I had my car back within a week and was able to get back to my life. Thank you Glassman Kia!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

    Went to purchase a new vehicle and had a car I wanted to get out of as I was upside down. I explain the situation to the salesman although I should have walked away immediately since his first words to me when I walked in were “how much do you have for a down payment.” I sat there and watched this guy take car of another individual who came in after me then approached me with an application to fill out as well as the co-buyer. He told me he would try and would be in touch. He called me less than 20 minutes later to tell me to bring my car to him to get it appraised that he can make it happen, I drove back to the dealership so he could do an appraisal. He showed me a Kia Sportage and said he would get me into one and to give him a couple of days. I called this Charley character back a week later, left a message never received a return call. It actually was a blessing in disguise. My co-buyer purchased me a 2020 Jeep (not next door) and my two children purchased 2020 Jeep products and I sent 5 other buyers to the dealership my vehicle was purchased. Thank you for ignoring my call and treating my family and me poorly. I will definitely NOT be back and tell anyone who is looking to purchase any vehicle to avoid those dealerships in that area.

    Very fast. Communicative. Appreciated the car wash! The only recommendation would be to have someone monitoring the waiting rooms a little to help folks find space safely due to the coronavirus. There were a few times it seemed like people were forced to sit closely because there wasn't room anywhere else or they didn't know if there was more room and none of the staff seemed in charge of that area.

    BEST and EASIEST car buying experience ever!!! I found the car online Wednesday night, called Thursday morning to set an appointment for a test drive and have my current car appraised. I met with Ilene Thursday evening. She was professional, not pushy and knowledgeable. We hangled slight over the appraisal and I was happy with final offer. I liked the car and the buyers agreement was sent to my finance company the same evening as promised( I had my own financing.) I agreed to the terms and was able to pick up the car Saturday morning. I could have picked it up Friday, but my schedule wouldn’t not permit me to there sooner. I arrived Saturday morning and within an hour and a half (maybe even less) I had signed all the paper work, plates transferred, a few laughs and hugs and I was walking out the door with the keys to my new car!!!     I under stand supply and demand but to up the price of a Kia by over 8,000 above sticker is wrong I understand 1,000 or maybe even 2,000 but if I wanted to spend 8,000 above sticker I will call another dealership and get the upgraded version for that you can keep it I’ll wait the 6 months and get it for sticker somewhere else

    Had a 11am appointment for my Sorento today (10/22). My car needed a sway bar bushing replaced. I made the appointment over a week ago. Once I got there they informed me that I would have to leave it with them and it should be ready in three to four days! Wow! What a letdown! You would think that they could of told me that beforehand! It only takes 30 minutes to replace a sway bar. Maybe they were flying their mechanics in from overseas?? I took a day off of work for that?? I cannot recommend them to anyone. My experience with another Kia dealer was far superior and I am sure they would have let me know that I would need to let them have it for several days if that was the case. Big Disapointment in customer care!

    To whom this may concern. I walked into your Kia edifice 12/30/19 to purchase something nice for self. The first I saw was Ms. Judy smiling, and standing as she welcomed my husband and I. Long story short, she was very genuine, knowledgeable, and her guest service skills should be class. I am not sure if bonuses or accolades are given, but Ms. Judy T. deserve one for December 2019. Did I say that I love my Venetian red car Sonata? This is our- husband and I fifth purchase from Glassman Auto, and we will push our teenagers to continue the tradition.

    I had a very enjoyable experience with Glassman. I took my Saab in for some repairs and their specialist was very helpful and went above and beyond to repair my car. The service representatives were very welcoming, helpful, and understanding. I would recommend seeing Derek Samp in the service department, he was an amazing help and had a very positive energy. 10/10 best experience with a dealership I've ever had.

    The buying experience was excellent. What I object to is the phone calls 2-3 years later trying to get me to trade in my car. I asked numerous times to stop calling me and they still called. I have told them that I will never go back to their dealership because of these calls.

    Went to check out a used vehicle. Price was fine, sales guy seemed straight forward. Only issue was a check engine light. Was told it was due to an O2 sensor. Started the approval process while I contemplated. Ultimately decided I didn't feel comfortable with that engine light and told the sales guy and left. Chris, the sales manager called me and asked what the problem was. I explained it, he said they could fix it, I told him I would reconsider if they fixed it and put the repairs under warranty. He started getting an attitude with me. "I don't know who you think you're dealing with, but we've been here 55 years", said Chris. I told him I was done having a conversation with a sales guy with an attitude. He insulted me and hung up on me. If they have exactly what you want, I don't see an issue purchasing a vehicle with them, but apparently they don't like when you walk away. Not happy with that guys attitude. Needs some remedial training in customer service. Good luck, Chris.

    I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I was looking for. Although Glassman didn't have the car I wanted, within 24 hours they found one for me, went to Ohio, picked it up and I was able to drive it home within 24 hours. They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something else. They went the extra mile (or 100+) to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I love my new car and was truly impressed with the customer service I received.

    Walked in to purchase a the Kia Sorrento hybrid, the sticker price was $37,000, I was ready to make the deal. When the paperwork were bough to me, I noticed a new price $3000 higher than sticker price. I asked what that was and they said they’re adding $3000 extra on the sticker price that they call market adjustment. I will never purchase a car from any dealership that tries profiting above asking price. No one should deal with dealerships that try ripping people off. Making $3000 extra profit above asking. Ripping off the average person. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    Honestly the salesman, Joseph K, is amazing. He is very friendly, honesty and helpful. Always got back to you in a timely manner and able to answer your questions with ease. 5/5 salesman. The management and how they handled a few issues on the car (a paint chip and seal issue on the window), not the best. Wish-washy replies and honestly seemed like they did not want the sale.

    Unreal!!!!!! So do not bother ever working with these people. They offer on there website that you can put a $500 deposited to hold the car for 24 hours. Did that last night. Spoke with them at 10 am. Confirmed my appointment. My boyfriend was running late from work. I let them know that. He arrives and they sold the car!!!!!! Then told us to bad. Don't offer a service if you don't plan on honoring it!!!! Absolutely DISSCUSTED!! And offered another vehicle during the argument!!!

    HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!! Their staff assured me that a vehicle was there, so we drove 2 hours from Battle Creek to find out that the guy was "new" and it sold to someone as i was speaking with him. Absolutely TERRIBLE communication and extremely misleading sales staff. They will say ANYTHING to get you to come to the dealership to tell you,so sorry 1st come 1st serve. GARBAGE DEALERSHIP. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY OVER THE PHONE!!! Buyer beware!

    Be aware if you buy your car here that they are not able to service it. I just called to schedule my 6k oil change, and have something looked at under warranty, and was told there are no appointments, they are booked until October, call a different dealer. This is the third car I have bought from Glassman, we always had exceptional service in the past (even when they porter ran my car into a wall, they were great about fixing it and giving me a rental), but as they directed, we are now taking our business elsewhere.

    We purchased a used Kia Optima last week. Wonderful experience! We test drove three cars and came back a few days later to test drive one again. No pressure or push to get a sale. Very low key and willing to answer questions and get us the car at the price we wanted. We even received a follow up phone call after the purchase to make sure we were happy.     This was my first experience at Glassman for service and I would definitely return. I had mt trunk latch serviced. The counter agent thought I'd have to return for the part but they took care of me that day. Everyone was polite and very helpful.

    My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here a few weeks back and feel we were incredibly deceived in the purchase. The entire experience was the shadiest car purchase we’ve ever experienced. We were under the impression, and were presented with a paper from finance that showed the purchase price at $XXk, which was already $5k over sticker. We understand and knew we were going to pay that +$5k premium due to shortages, etc. But never in a million years did I think they were going to take our $5k down payment and ADD it to the sticker price making the final purchase price +$10k over sticker?!?! What kind of shady tactics are in place there? Also, we were assured with our stellar credit the lowest possible financing and were vocally “quoted” 1.9%. We just got our first bill and it’s 4.5%!!!!!! I’m just absolutely flabbergasted and shame on us for not digging deeper into the documents we were signing in haste. This is so absurd and I hope your other customers are treated with more respect than this.

    I brought my car into this dealership in May. I asked them to look at my brakes because I was moving out of state. My brakes were still under warranty. They told me my car was fine and nothing needed to be replaced. Fast forward to June there’s a recall on my car that they obviously missed. Fast forward to today and I need new brake pads, rotors and a new caliper. My brakes are no longer under warranty and I’m paying out of pocket for something that you guys did not want to fix. I called and asked about the recall, they told me that the recall was new. I called Kia customer service and asked when the recall came out and guess what…. It was in October 2020 so they lied to me over the phone. They said the general manager would call me to follow up with why they didn’t do their job and I’m still waiting for it. I will never go here again. The brakes were over $800 and were covered under warranty until June, they knew they should’ve fixed my car snd chose not to.

    Disappointed in customer service. Made appointment in December to have car checked out due to periods of not starting, but after setting for some time car would start. I rented a car and they had car for 2 days and couldn't find anything wrong. Car did it again at the end of January but after setting for 5 days it started. A week later car wouldn't start. Couldn't get an appointment for 3 days and they don't do loaners anymore. Rented a car for that time span. Had my car towed on Thursday for Friday morning appointment. Returned rental Friday night only to be told by dealership they did not get to my car. Dealership offered to pay for 50% of my rental and finally able to get a loaner. Did not get car back for 6 days. 2 months later still waiting on my reimbursement check and after calling and leaving message. The service has really went down hill

    You have a 25 day wait for the next service appointment and when you do go to the appointment they don't do all the work you requested, so you have to wait another month for the next appointment.

    These salesmen and women are amazing! We were actually on our way to buy a car that we had test driven earlier when we passed this dealership. We decided to drive through just to see what they had. They had a great selection of cars so we decided to test drive a few. Charley was our salesman. He was wonderful!!! We had been car searching for quite some time and had dealt with some unpleasant sales people. Needless to say, we found the car of my dreams and bought it. All of the staff were so pleasant and very helpful. You actually felt like they cared more about you than the sale. Thank you Charley for all your help and getting is a great deal!!!! Won't buy from anywhere else.

    We were on vacation and visiting relatives in Novi, MI so made an appointment with Glassman Kia for maintenance on our 2012 Kia Sorento SX. I spoke with Joshua who got us into the Service department within a five days. We had out transmission & differential fluids changed and tires rotated. We had around 96,500 miles on the Sorento and wanted to get this done before our long drive home to Central Oregon. We made it home with no problems what so ever on the Sorento.     Emailed dealership this afternoon to set up a time to test drive a car. Drove half an hour in traffic to get there only to be told by salesman they have none of the vehicle I wanted available to test drive, nor was the person that I was told to contact there to help me. Waste of time and gas. What a horrible way to do business. Plenty of other dealerships in the area to do business with. Will not be back

    Not having a good experience. Car was towed here on a Sunday for a bent rim and tire. I called on Monday to verify they had the car. I followed up on Tuesday to give them the claim # for the wheel and tire insurance in an email as requested. I called Wednesday to see if they filed the claim and they said not yet, but its not holding them up from ordering the parts. I called on Thursday and was told they were at lunch and would get a call back. I waited until 530pm to call and check and was told they didn't have the claim number becaue it was in the "Spam Folder" and my parts haven't been ordered. All of this for a replacement rim and tire. Now I'm looking at being out a car for a week since they won't have the parts in until the weekend or later. No one follows up, and no one seems to care.

    Glassman Kia of Southfield was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a Kia dealership. The service center is poorly run and we had a horrible experience dealing with Kristina Bowyer. We let her know early Monday morning that we had a tire warranty and the service was never processed as such. We were told her manager could override the system and process it as such, only to have a total bait and switch and get stuck paying when arriving. She then gave us the information for reimbursement. It’s a week later and I’m still dealing with trying to get my money back. This location is so cash strapped. Perhaps it has to do with the lazy mechanics with bad attitudes? If you have a warranty you are pushed to the back of the line. It took them two days to replace a tire and do an oil change, only to still not get it right. Go to Summit Place Kia in Clinton Township. It might be a little bit of a ride, but it will be done correctly and you won’t be penalized for having a warranty and getting the regular maintenance done. If I could give zero stars I would!

    The lone star is for not doing business with me - it helped me get into a dream car at a reasonable price elsewhere. Thank you ! Summary/TL;DR : H1B/Work visa holders you might as well save some time and energy and stay away from this place. Horrible experience buying a certified pre-owned Subaru, I will not recommend Glassman to anyone. Post finalizing a deal , transferring insurance , filling out paperwork , AND waiting for an hour at the dealership , i was told (via Mr. Randall - salesperson, Mr Gary- Manager and Mr Andy- finance guy) that we can-not complete the deal today since Chase denied a loan for me - just after i told them i was on a work visa (which expires in 2023!). When i said , i can do external financing i was told Andy will talk to Chase the following morning on my behalf . Fair enough you would think, however i was given a run-around for the next two days regarding how Andy has not been in office and hence hasn't been able to talk to the bank . Finally after 3 days and multiple calls/texts when i pushed to get the work order to apply for self-financing , i got a work order which was $1500 more than the agreed upon price , without any explanation whatsoever as to why the price quoted is different from 3 days ago. This week i closed a deal with Hodges Subaru for a CPO Subaru Outback , financed through dealer from Chase at an interest rate lower than i was offered via Glassman ! So i know for sure Chase did NOT deny my loan application.Thanks Glassman for not doing business with me ! Not only did they waste my time and made a hard credit enquiry , they also went back on their word - because i am on a visa and potentially a "high risk individual" even though i have excellent credit.

    I came to Glassman Kia on Telegraph to buy my girlfriend her first car and let me tell you, our experience there and our salesman Saif were absolutely amazing. I own a used vehicle and have never bought a brand new vehicle so both my girlfriend and I were kind of nervous. Saif caught us right at the door when we walked in and made us feel genuinely welcome as if we were at home. He went through every detail of every option we had without dragging it all out but in simple terms so everything was easy to understand. I don’t know about everyone else, but we love to connect with people, and Saif was very easy to connect with and get answers to the millions of questions we had as new buyers. Through the test drives, paperwork, and approvals it all only took an hour before the car was ours! I cannot remember his last name for the life of me but Saif at Glassman Kia is the salesman you want, he will NOT disappoint you I promise.

    My wife purchased, from Glassman. a used 2018 Kia Optima, she traded in a 2015 Kia Sorrento that she purchased new. The Optima was purchased 12/2020, I heard a knocking sound while riding in her vehicle and she took it in for service 01/2021. I was a passenger in the Optima again and heard the same sound. It was clearly on the passenger side and my wife didn't hear it. Well she took the car in today for service and was told by the service advisor that the wheel and tire was the cause of the noise and that it'll cost $750.00 to repair. I call the service advisor Jonathan Richardson and he stated that he would need to speak with the used car sales department. Mr Richardson call back and stated that the vehicle was sold as is and that nothing would be done. I told him they just lost a customer. My wife has purchase two vehicles from Glassman Kia and clearly they're not willing to stand behind their product. You sell a used vehicle with a repaired wheel...and a loyal customer expects to be remedied after having the vehicle for, just shy of, three months and this is the second time it has been in for this knocking issue. REALLY GLASSMAN.....Shame! I wish I could give negative stars....This is disappointing and to think was was entertaining getting the Kia Telluride from Glassman....Nope my wife and I will spend our money elsewhere. I really hope that these reviews are read so that upper management can see how their loyal customers are treated.

    Needed parts for my Kia. Ordered parts for my vehicle, but also needed other bumper and hood components at their parts department. When I arrived to pick my already ordered parts, I respectfully asked for an itemized estimate for additional parts I may need, since I was looking at their catalog at the counter on their computer monitor, but the parts guy told me they don’t like to give itemized statements because people look the part numbers up on the internet and buy the parts online. Glassman automotive group just lost a longtime customer.

    Great experience. I'd visited the dealership a few years ago with a friend looking for a vehicle and we had a poor experience. But, with the recent reviews on Google (positive) I decided to try it again. By far this was the best decision I could make. My sales leads (Gary Sharp) listed to my wants/needs and my price point bottom line to provided me with two options to consider. I knew what I wanted and I was firm on price and model. I purchased a vehicle the following week. Gary was great; he made the car purchase process easy. The mark of a great sales lead is honest (keeps word on prices), introduced himself and asked how can I help you, and great communication (confirm pickup, process on credit approval, car availablity) he's a great sales person I have recommend to my friends and family. I'm very demanding and I visited two other dealers and selected Glassman Kia. Which was the best choice!

    I'm really starting to have doubts about this dealership! I had a appointment for July 6 for a safety recall but I couldn't get in because of a so called power failure so the service lady told me they would call me and reschedule. They never called me. I called service on July 8 to reschedule the appointment and the lady told me they weren't scheduling. They were only taking names to be put on a list and would call you when your name comes up. So I guess they want me to put my life on hold waiting for them to call. Looks like I bought my 2020 Kia Soul from the wrong dealer. I will never buy another auto from this dealership!

    On first contact, terribly difficult to conduct business with. I have to physically visit the dealership and put a deposit down to obtain a lease quote? Will not provide a lease quote unless they actually have the vehicle in inventory? Can't do this, can't do that? What madness is going on here? Epic fail in my opinion.

    Did most of my communication with them through email which was very convenient due to my busy schedule. They were easy to work with and I feel like I got a good deal too. I went to other Kia dealerships in the area and didn't get the same attention and service. My sales person was Mike Anderson.
