We we’re looking to take equity out of our home, since there was a nice amount in it. We talked to so many lenders and refinance people it felt like, but one day I came across Mortgage Express and I’m so glad I did!! From beginning to close Brandon and Antonio was amazing!! They were communicative, explained everything and gave sound advice. If I had any questions they were right there able to help me. I would highly recommend. Thanks again guys!!

Brandon and his team (go Carla and Antonio!) were awesome!!! Carla called us to see about refinancing and we told her to try again in six months. Carla followed up six months later and at that time we were ready to refinance. Because of her follow up, we learned more about their loan product(s) and found them to be extremely competitive. The team answered our calls throughout the entire process, researched questions and made the loan happen. We would definitely call Brandon and his team again!

Was looking to get some equity out of my home for improvements and some fun money. Jillian Babby was phenomenal he handled everything quickly and answered every question I had. He was able to start and close my refinance within a week and a half and still score me a lower interest rate than my current mortgage company could.

We worked with Maverick during our refinance. He was extremely communicative and followed as up needed, taking it upon himself to guide us rather than transfering us tonsomeone else as major lenders do. His customer service was a huge reason we left a major mortgage lender! Thanks for your help Maverick!!

Hello to everyone, I recently did a refinance with Mortgage Express and wanted to give my opinion. I think they are a very good company to work with. I was working with Brandon Nafso and Austin. Brandon was my representative throughout the entire process and Austin served as the Processor and did title work and underwriting as I understand. I felt they were very polite and upfront with there work. they provided me with the most up to date documents so I could clearly see what I would be paying before I was to sign any final documents. Other companies would not provide me the most accurate and up to date documents until I changed over my insurance and put the other company as my bank or handler of the process as it were. The other companies where basically trying to force me to to go with them before they would show me the most accurate documents. The fact that Brandon at Mortgage Express was so honest and helpful was a great feeling. the entire process took 13 days to close. The only reason that I did not give them a five star review was they told me that I would have two months that I would not have to pay my mortgage and this was not the case. I in fact had to start paying the mortgage after only one month. Brandon had told me throughout the process that I would receive a check in the mail from any money that was remaining then told me that the extra months money should be in that check as well. That was mostly accurate but it did not exactly add up to two months of not paying. In the end I just want you tell me at the beginning and throughout the process to be the same at the end of the process. So for this I give them a four star out of five and because I was not able to give them a four and a half star rating. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to other people.

As an individual who does a lot of research before making big financial decisions I’ve talked to a lot of mortgage brokers but none have been as real and transparent as Travis Gibson at Mortgage express. His customer service was outstanding and I could tell he knew his stuff because The info didn’t sound scripted. I can tell he cares about getting the best deal for his customers and because if this he is at the top of my list when I make my decision in the coming weeks.

Young lady Carla that helps me with my loan was very knowledgeable, keep me inform step by step, making it process stress free I would not hesitate to have her helping in the future nor I would hesitate to recommend your company to my family, friends, or neighbor. This woman indeed make you feel safe and comfortable doing Business with your company. She helped me Uptain information for the process during the loan process, she actually makes you feel like family. I own my own business over 15 years. Mortgage Express was absolutely wonderful to work with! I came from Veterans United to them, after having some communication and deadline issues with them, and I’m so glad I did! Their communication is top notch, they kept me updated on everything as it was happening and answered any questions I had almost immediately every single time. They helped me work through an issue that came up with the VA appraisal at the last minute so I was able to close and move in on time. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!!

I refinanced my va loan to use some equity and worked with Julian Babby. I wish I had spoke with him before cause I was unsure of the process which kept me from pulling the trigger. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. He kept me up to date and though I sometimes forgot our time difference he always responded. I felt like I was working with a friend. We even have some inside jokes. He really helped lift some weight from my shoulders.
