There needs to be more dedicated tellers for the drive thru window. Having to wait over 20 mins to make a deposit is unacceptable. This is a common issue at this bank.

I applied a personal loan through them. First of all their process is member friendly. Entire process was so smooth and trouble free. It was facilitated by highly professional and courteous staff. It would not be fair if I don’t mention my loan officer: Ayesha Khan’s professionalism and timely response. The element of personalized and time sensitive service by Ayesha is definitely the reason of wonderful experience I had as member. Thank you team Nizari. Keep up the good work!

Bad service. They are very slow and never answer emails or pick up the phone. You have to call them several days in a row and they will still not be available. They do not take anything seriously. Bad experience

don't think I could ever stress enough how glad I am to have a bank where I can walk in and deposit/withdrawal cash or cash my check. Nizari definitely earns it's 10/10 for customer service, and all around friendliness. Excellent customer service, staff were dressed up very professionally at all time. will highly recommend it to everyone.

No help what so ever after this bank dropped the ball and cashed a stolen check a month after it was already cashed they refuse to help to clarify the issue. Good way to keep your mistakes hidden
