Buy far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, or more specific, the service department. For the appointment check in I was told it would take 30 minutes, took 15.... Maybe. Excellent communication while they had my car and when it was done the check-out took all of 7 minutes (that includes returning and closing of the rental). Amazing!! Top notch! The way things should be done! (And the video I got in an update email of the mechanic walking around under my vehicle pointing out every they saw was incredible!

Great service department! Anthony did a great job from setting up the appointment to giving regular updates on car status while waiting. Plus they have a great screen in waiting area allowing you to see live the progress on your car, plus video update sent to your phone, as well as text message or direct call to the advisor (while waiting) and even free snacks. Anthony was more than helpful. Stayed in communication the entire time they had my car. Staff was super friendly, and they really make sure your car is completed without charging an arm and a leg. Will definitely use again!

Above and Beyond Performance! Ryan McQueary greeted us at the door of the dealership as soon as we entered. We described to him what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. After reviewing the various Rogue models, Ryan knew exactly what we wanted, but no vehicle in the Gunn Nissan of Denton inventory matched our criteria. The Ryan became the self-declared "The Problem Solver", and he indeed solved the problem. Out Rogue was in San Antonio (Gunn Nissan). He personally went there to drive it to Denton the net day. We completed the entire transaction before 7:00 PM and took delivery of a beautiful blue Rogue SL. We had looked at other makes and Nissan won out - excellent product and superior service!

Nice people here! My tire was broken nearby, my car is not a Nissan, they helped me find the right tires and sent me to the lab for the COVID-19 test so I wouldn't delay my trip. Great experience here!

I’m genuinely pleased with my experience & I don’t have my car back from the shop yet, haha. I was immediately greeted by cash & One other guy who I forgot his name. They made my whole mood on my car problems 10x better. I went to Christian Brothers and was told they couldn’t do much because it’s under warranty (understandable) but car problems are not my expertise and it’s very stressful. I highly recommend this place for servicing.

Jamie Tiquia, He received us very warmly. Explained in details about the vehicle and got us convinced to a point of making a decision to buy the Unit. Very highly recommended. On a scale of 10 I give him 8 points out of 10. Great guy indeed!!!
