He and Fonzi made sure their financing matched the interest rate USAA offered me. They made sure I got a military discount and drove off the lot with my dream truck the same day.     I had a wonderful experience at Gunn Nissan of Denton. Kevin Adams and Ryan Smith gave me a great deal on a 2022 Kicks. Kevin explained all options available.     While the staff is friendly, I won’t be returning. Due to the quality of their work, i no longer trust them with my truck. Their ability to try and explain why the thousands I spent there didn’t fix the issue I brought my truck in for far exceeded any mechanical acumen they seem to possess. In my opinion, you’d be better served at pretty much any other dealership’s service department than you would at Gunn.

    Every time I come in Cash is there to greet me with a small in a handshake. He’s super cool and super nice. All the staff is extremely friendly, personable, and professional. They did an amazing job as they always do on my Nissan pathfinder.

    Good experience! The vehicles maintenance was performed on my 2018 Nissan Kicks & it is handling a lot better now. The back-up camera recall was also addressed. I worked primarily with Alan in the service department and Nik assisted me back in December with another matter (back-up camera recall). I intend on bringing my vehicle back to Gunn Nissan in the future for other service needs.

    I had went to another dealership and had major issues then I reached out Gunn Nissan of Denton asking about used car pricing. Benjamin Morris responded to my email almost instantly at 4 AM. After the first couple of emails I knew that I would be doing business with him. If you ever wanted a role model on a idea professional and customer service driven employee well Benjamin is your guy!! He was the relief pitcher put into the game to earn the W for their team.     My initial interaction with the sales team at Gunn was good, as they were very attentive to assisting me in getting an appointment, as well as well as in the process of showing me the Buick I was interested in purchasing. But with stepping into the negotiating process, their customer service took a turn. First, they attempted to hide added costs to the car (eg. Listing preparation costs as “accessories” as opposed to including it in the sticker price and when called out claimed it was “marketing”). Second, they attempted to add a warranty to the vehicle cost although verbally agreeing that it would not be added. And third, after more negotiations and coming back into the dealership to buy the car, they notified me at the END of sale that I would not be able to take the car I had just bought home with me due to paperwork needing to be signed by both myself and my mother who lives in Florida. I then had to wait 5 days to actually pick up the car I had previously bought. I’m happy to have been able to get the car I had my eye on as it was a great deal after negotiating for 3 days, however if I knew it was going to be such a headache post negotiation, I would have gone elsewhere. In all, my experience with Gunn Nissan was less than pleasant and very frustrating. Their customer service, communicative skills, and ethics are lacking and I wouldn’t recommend visiting in your car buying process.

    The service department was great! I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had me on my way in an hour. They even gave me a detailed video report of my car’s performance levels. Highly recommend!

    I went in for a transmission fluid change and cabin air filter change and everything went very well. The service was quick the waiting room was very nice and friendly with refreshments. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Great experience and I will be a repeat customer

    Hello I wanted to write this review for a friend, who I referred to the Nissan dealership to get her A/C looked at. The vehicle that needed work is a 2015 Nissan Sentra. Let me start by saying your local dealership was at one time the one place to trust getting a fair quote along with good work. Amalia who is 67 years of age and on a fixed income was about to get taken by the staff at Gunn Nissan. Before Amalia left the dealership she had Anthony Hoover (236) who is the service advisor call call me to explain what needed to be worked on. Anthony told me her car’s A/C system was leaking. The only way to know this is to actually pull a vacuum on the vehicles a/c system. I asked Anthony (twice )if he had done this and he said yes he had and told us both there was a leak for sure. This is the quote. AC compressor $1411.05 along with A/C expansion block/orifice tube $217.10 and A/C evaporator replacement $$2383.50 for a GRAND TOTAL OF $4226.64 with a $30 shop fee and $179.99 for taxes. We were shocked at the price of the quote and decided to get a second opinion and took her car to a shop in Denton and got her A/C unit fixed for $1772.00 and she was giving a loaner car to use for free. Please get a second opinion always,and don’t ever send your friends or loved ones to Gunn of Nissan. PS. There was no leak in the system the trusted people at shop #2 was honest and did right by Amalia.

    I was quoted 648$ for work on my truck. I told them to go ahead and do the work but when I went to pick it up they slapped me with an 1165$ bill stating they didn't quote labor. I will never trust Nissan again and will let everyone I know about the deception...

    Nice people here! My tire was broken nearby, my car is not a Nissan, they helped me find the right tires and sent me to the lab for the COVID-19 test so I wouldn't delay my trip.

    I called the dealership and they scheduled me for a service. I showed up for the appointment and the service department told me they couldn’t service my truck that day because they were already booked. So we rescheduled about a week later (with service department) we dropped the truck off Friday night. We called back Saturday morning to check on the progress and they told us again they couldn’t service the truck because their diesel tech had the day off. They flaked on us twice and the excuse was, “Sorry sales doesn’t communicate with the service department”. Don’t trust that they can schedule us properly, won’t go back, won’t recommend to anyone else.

    Bought my vehicle from Nissan a little over a year ago and so far terrible experience. They overcharge for there services and do not check there work. My fluids have never been checked nor do they do the full “multi point inspection”. Customer service is mediocre at times. Your best off going to third part for any repairs or services. Definitely last time I buy a Nissan product.

    Went in to get my car serviced and worked with Nik B. He was super kind and very professional. They serviced my car quickly and for a great price. He was also able to perform my state inspection so that I can transfer my registration to Texas /5 the same time I was getting my car serviced, preventing me from having to make an additional stop. He estimated an hour and 15 minutes for my car to be finished, but they got it done sooner than expected. The wait room is nice and has complimentary snacks, which we appreciated. Nik also gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Great experience. Found my new “home” dealership after moving from Atlanta.

    I went here to get my oil changed and made an appointment. No point in doing so because walk ins came strolling in and I was the last to get my car back even though I made an appointment. Very unprofessional and the staff did not seem to care. Please go to a different dealership to get services done.

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to obtain a quote for a windshield replacement. The gentleman handling the paperwork advised the windshields are handled by a third-party contractor, but did provide two quotes for tires that will need to be replaced in a few months. All went well, as it was a simple oil change. I did opt for the new wiper blades he recommended, as I knew I needed them. What / who impressed me most, was a gentleman named Cash, who may have been a porter. This man met me at the driver’s door and upon seeing I was disabled, offered any assistance I needed. Not needing any, and coming to the service department prepared to spend a few hours, I proceeded to gather a few things. As I did, he kept a watchful eye, making sure I was okay. I sat outside while my vehicle was serviced and observed Cash as he went about his duties. That man never stopped moving, and he moved with purpose. From shuttling cars, to air-blowing service bays, he didn’t stop. Plus, he always had a smile, although it wasn’t as big as it was when he was speaking to a customer. How funny is it I feel that meeting Cash inspired me to be a better and nicer person?

    I came in for routine maintenance. I’m always hesitant about going in for maintenance due to past experiences of being taking advantage of and paying way too much.     I needed to have my car inspected so I could complete my annual registration. I called for an appointment and was greeted by my Service Advisor when I arrived. He advised me when he expected to have my car ready and I made myself comfortable in the lounge area. Approximately 20 minutes later my Advisor came to tell me my car was ready. Everything was very professional, courteous, and surprisingly quick. I always like coming to Gunn Nissan!

    I have purchased 7 vehicles since 2009 from this location. Not real happy with this deal so far... So information came out during a recent visit. My vehicle was repaired and returned with no additional cost involved. Is Gunn Nissan new to Corinth, Texas and trying to make a difference? Well YES, THEY are!! They have complementary bottled water and wifi if you wait. Snack area if you would like. The parts department is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Service is fasts and friendly. When dealing with service ask questions to get answers on repairs if needed. GUNN has improved and taken steps to be the future in Nissan Dealer in Corinth, TX. They have a good selection of cars, trucks and suv's. Want a suprise? Go look at their used car lot! Still not satisfied then look at the sticker and warranty you'll see why they are out to dominate North Texas. Can't find what you are looking for?     I start looking for a vehicle with two choices, Hyundai - Elentra or Nissan - Versa. Zero down to Nissan and approached 4 dealers. One of them is Gunn Nissan of Denton, all other three dealers are not even give basic respect and courtesy. One of them negotiated out of door price and failed to accept the price at the time of finalizing the deal. John Mango was exceptionally professional, polity and honest. All our negotiations are through SMS. He respected my time as well as I respected his time. Agreed to final deal price and signed the deal smoothly.     I’ve been using Gunn Nissan to service my car for 2 years. Everyone I make an appointment and they are always on time, and I’ve had no issues. They even send me coupons. Yesterday I took my car in to get an oil change (I had a complimentary oil change coupon). I presented my coupon and got convinced to do a tire rotation. Had no problem, since The price was only going to be 20-30 with the coupon. When they were done and I paid the rest of my balance the gentleman came and said I forgot you had a coupon.. (meaning I paid full price for my oil change and the tire rotation.) he said “ WHY DIDNT YOU REMIND ME?” To which I replied that’s why I gave you the coupon FIRST so you already knew. He just stood there and asked if I was okay and I said I guess you already charged me. He only offered me a little business card and said my next oil change was free. Didn’t offer my money back. I was very upset cause I didn’t expect to pay $90+ At once, and I had some other bills I needed to pay. So now I have to wait till December to receive my free oil change… and I have to go back to that gentleman to receive it? Moral of the story don’t be nice like me and let them walk over you. Or you will get hustled. It will be a while till I come back. I used to only trust this dealership.

    Went in for an oil change. When I received my car back the differential lock light won’t stop flashing and they weren’t real concerned to figure it out. I will let them fix it but I won’t go back to them after this.

    Just bought a used truck from Trace & the staff at Gunn Nissan Denton....Best car buying experience ever!....I'm 55...Bought many vehicles...The smoothest, no hassle, honest deal to date.     Ryan the product specialist was very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in knowing nothing about electric vehicles and I drove one off the lot that day. I was comfortable taking it home since he explained how they function thoroughly. He has been easy to communicate with when I've had questions after the sale which is appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and made sure I had the vehicle that met my needs that was affordable as well.     Jamie sold me a Nissan Rogue. He did a great job. He even delivered the car to me after purchase. It only needs a couple of cosmetic repairs but the price was great. I’m a big fan of Nissan so I highly recommend purchasing Nissan and Gunn Nissan is a good dealership to purchase from.

    I took my grandson to look for his first car, he had previously had hand me down trucks from his Gramps and his Papa. We had a used vehicle in mind when we got to the lot but ended up buying a brand new vehicle for less of a payment(same length of a note)and with less mileage!     Wonderful experience purchasing our new Rogue back in February, and yesterday was our first experience with the service department for standard maintenance. Can't say enough about how impressed we were. Friendly & professional staff, got us in and out quickly. We got to watch the work being done from the comfort of the waiting room, and also received a video showing the actual maintenance inspection being done, as well as a certificate for a free carwash. This dealership is about a 45 minute drive for us but well worth the drive in our opinion.

    I took my car for an oil change. This was my first time visiting this dealership. James checked me in promptly. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. I received text updates on my car as they were servicing it. My car ended up needing a shock repair and my warranty ended 8 days before the leak was discovered. The dealership did a goodwill on the repair and parts so I didn’t have to pay anything. James promptly ordered parts and got my car fixed very quickly. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Other dealerships I’ve taken my vehicle to have had horrible service or they try to get every penny out of you that they can. I never once felt like the dealership was trying to get more money out of me and their service was exceptional. I would absolutely keep taking my car to Gunn Nissan for service and James will be my go to advisor from now on.

    This was hands down, by far, the best customer service I've ever received in my life. Not even kidding! I bought a Nissan through CarMax that needed a look at, and was able to bring it to this Nissan dealership. As soon as I got to the door I already had a friendly face opening the door for me and showing me where to go, where I was greeted by more friendly and helpful folks. As a woman, I want to stress how important it was to me to be treated with kindness and respect, and not be talked to like "a dumb broad" by male mechanics as I have had happen many, many other times in my life. Not here. I was offered something to drink, coffee if I needed it, and even enjoyed the conversation. While my car was being looked at I had a helpful ride back to my home to wait for it to be finished, and was surprised to see a message with a video showing all the work being done and was walked through each step by the mechanic! During the shuttle ride my driver was safe, friendly, I wasn't anxious as a woman being alone in a car with someone I didn't know either. My car was done same day, and the driver that picked me up was just as wonderful, I could have chatted with him for the whole day! Great fantastic people here all around! I was given a water bottle and a free car wash coupon upon picking up my car! I'm impressed I was fully informed and updated during every step of the process (again, so cool with the video!) I will happily bring my car back here in the future, to people I trust who know how to be just as professional to their women customers, as they are the men! Thank you Gunn Nissan of Denton you've made a lifelong customer! Absolutely 20/10 stars!

    The service department did great and Nik was great. I bought my Nissan in 2014 and when I paid it off Nissan sent me a letter to get with the dealership to get my money back from my extended warranty, but haven’t yet found the person to help me. The dealership was Orr Nissan and no one has been able to help me get my money fora year now.

    I came in for a routine oil and filter change. Tire rotation and alignment. Then needed brake fluid changed and cabin filter replaced. They were able to do all of that in a couple of hours.

    This dealership gets an A+ from me. They have a simple way to show you what your car needs by sending you a video which the technician takes and sends you via text. In COVID times, there is no better way to communicate than this. I was shown exactly what work needed to be done and an estimate was sent for my approval. Work was performed efficiently and quickly. The waiting room was well stocked with coffee and snacks, both complementary and for purchase. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this place to any Nissan vehicle owner.

    To date this is one of the best dealership that I have visited. Talk about great customer service. The customer wait area offers free snacks, coffee and water. I even fell asleep there, one time, very comfy. Also, the agent who helped me to select my car was not pushy and listened to my needs. I’ve never received anything other than top notch service.     I was very nervous going in because I don't like to have my car checked, because usually mechanics tend to come up with a list of unnecessary repairs. But my experience with Gunn Nissan Denton was a great one! Anthony the customer service rep was really good. Communicating via text, call and in person. Keeping me updated every step of the way, and the system that Nissan has to send videos of your car initial checking is genius. And on top of that the lounge area have snacks, computer outlets - so you can catch up on work and also a TV. To keep you inform they also have a screen updating you live as to where in the repair process the technician are and how much time left before completion. Gunn Nissan of Denton, Top notch service!     I had a wonderful experience getting recalls done on my truck thanks to Mr. Anthony Hoover and the shuttle driver Mr. Cash. No BS or beating around the bush like Lewisville, Nissan. They took care of the issues and got them done without being haggled. Those two gentlemen went above and beyond from what you would normally get at a dealership.     I brought my car in for transmission work which was under warranty. I was encouraged to have additional "recommended" services performed including air and cabin filter replacement as well as brakes as the pads were thin. Additionally, I was advised to replace brake fluid. I was not given and pricing on any of these services. I was shocked when I received a bill in excess of $1300 for these "recommended" services. I saw a YouTube video where a cabin filter on the same model car was done in 3 minutes. I was charged $49.05 just to install my cabin filter. I also did not know that rotors were going to be replaced when I agreed to have brake pads replaced. I understand that there is a premium to having parts on hand, but the markup on parts compared to what I found online seems excessive to me. I feel that I should have been made aware of what these "recommended" services were going to cost.

    We bought our first car this weekend, the deal was good through our credit union, but the store tried at all costs to charge us for window tint and I didn't want this in my car. But then we were offered something different and we accepted, I also expected the delivery of the car to be made with more enthusiasm by the store, but we didn't notice this energy in the delivery of the car.

    BUYER BEWARE OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE WITH USED SALES MANAGER Today 5/14/22 came in sign a deal at 9am with a sales person after working a verbal agreement the day prior near closing time. We had an outside bank finance and since I was primary on the loan, they required me to be present to sign the sales contracts. I live 3hrs away so driving to Denton was not an option at that hour. Our sales person said they opened at 9 (as stated on their website) so we got to the dealership right at 9. We were told another sales person came in at 830 with a buyer and they were finishing up after we had the verbal contract. I spoke to the sales manager- he didn’t have a name tag and advised him we had a verbal agreement the day before and started the process to purchase the vehicle. They had the letters from the credit union they were required to complete so the credit union could send the check). The manager said they open for business at 830 and there was nothing they could do. This was some unethical business practice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t think it was so much the sales person but the sales manager. If they decided to not sell the vehicle to us- that would have been fine, but to have us drive 6hours (round trip) for nothing was inconsiderate and absurd. At todays gas prices- driving 6 hours for nothing was a big waste of time and money and the time off from work. I wish I had the sales managers name, but I’ve been told his name might be “Fonzy” To add: I’ve tried to contact our salesperson to properly dispose of our identifying information however they are not willing to take our calls. They have all if our information.

    So I went in knowing that my transmission needed to be serviced. I found out that it was a much larger problem, and needed a new transmission. While on the phone with the service rep, I told him of the fact that I could not afford a $6000 job. He then Saif that can finance the fee. I was happy, and went down to take care of the paperwork for that. I found out that I was only approved for $2750 over 2 different financing services. And then told I needed to pay the remainder that day. I honestly cannot believe that I was not only conned into thinking that this place cared about me, but then when I asked them why. All I got was we can put your car back together and give it back to you for the service charge. Now my car is dead and I still cannot believe the heartlessness of this location. Find a differnt place to get any and all service done. It would be easier to sell them my car as is, and buy a new car then get mine fixed. Go elsewhere.

    Xriston was amazing! Got me in the exact car I wanted and made it work with me and my budget. Showed me a couple of cars and ultimately got into a low mileage vehicle, never pressured me or pushed one car on me. Which speaks a lot as we have been to a few dealers who always asked me to speak to my husband before making a decision… I felt comfortable enough to do the whole transaction with my husband coming up and running interference, he only drove up to do the final paperwork. Definitely will be returning!

    Well, Jason and Xrition neither one deserve what they get unless it's fired. Jason was judging me to other salesman, when he did not know my status. Chris on the other hand jacked up the price by $10,000 and luckily we caught it and walked out. Niko on the other hand, worked everything out for my good. It was all a different experience than I expected.

    I had a couple of recall items they fixed, needed an alignment / tire rotation and I had a warranty item that needed fixing. The warranty item is on back-order so I have to wait to get that repaired but all other items were done correctly and it made a huge difference.

    Great service for a after 5pm walk-in. My service advisor (Anthony), was on point and a man of his word. He said it would take about 30-40 minutes, they were done in 28-mins and I was driving off in 32-mins!!. Now that's Service!!!

    At Gunn Nissan, Ben made the process of buying a new vehicle seamless and put me as the customer at ease. He was proactive and 2 steps ahead of me the entire time: bringing the car around prior to my arrival, discussing with his manager my questions through text before I walked in, and even as far as transporting the package for signature to my husband at work. I appreciate the time and care Ben extended as he answered my questions, explaining the why behind each aspect. Additionally afterwards, I had to come to the dealership to pick up the vehicle but did not have a 2nd driver; rather than take a Uber, Ben graciously went out of his way to pick me up in a service vehicle to get to me the dealership in the midst of a workday. I can’t express my level of appreciation to him and the dealership at Gunn Nissan. When we purchase our next vehicle, I won’t be going anyway else.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I have always serviced my vehicles with Sewell and that is the service I have come to expect. Now that I have a Nissan I chose Gunn in Denton, glad I did. The greeter on the service drive greeted me right as I pulled up and got me with my advisor. Yevette was Fantastic! The check in process was quick and easy. She sent my multi point inspection via a video message filmed by a technician, pretty cool. She recommended that I address one issue pointed out by the tech.     The check-in with the service writer was efficient and quick. I was told it wouldn't take long, 2-3 hours and he would get me an estimate in 20 - 30 minutes. In about 15 minutes I got a text/video from the technician. It was a bad power steering hose clamp. An hour later I still hadn't gotten the estimate. I went to the office and my service writer wasn't there. The other 3 just ignored me until I asked one for the estimate. Finally one of them went to the service bay and told the technician to replace the clamp. About 45 minutes later the car was done.

    I’m adding this for my son, Liam- but also I was there during the payment transaction.(of course - haha) The personnel from greeting to technicians were all very friendly and helpful. Plus as we checked out, Anthony the service technician was superb! He was not only friendly but polite helpful and professional. His overall attitude was that of being interested in me as a person an individual and as a customer! He made sure I returned my credit card to my wallet, after paying , while fumbling with it and trying to also sign the forms. So so considerate and such a pleasant surprise!!

    Wow worst dealership ever been too. These guys are crooks waiting 4 months for registration and car broke down twice. I had to pay to get fixed. even after getting ripped off for repairs for there messed up car. They lie every time I talk to them. As of January 13,2022 still no registration. The salesman John Mango is a liar and his boss John. All they do is lie.

    Review for Service Dept: I had to go in for a minor recall for a hood latch, was treated to a free oil change, inspection and was out of there in less than an hour. Cesar was very helpful. I am a long-time Nissan customer, almost every car I’ve owned, minus one ill-decided purchase of a Ford, has been a Nissan. I have avoided this location for years, however, because of bad experiences with prior ownership. It has been run by a motley crew of incompetents and clowns in the recent past but Gunn has got their s**t together. Recommended.

    Gunn Nissan was overall a very helpful dealership! Justin and Gabriel were so transparent through every step. Every question I had was answered and I drove my 2015 Nissan Versa off the same day! Very hassle free and every step was made clear. Used or new, they'll help you through and make sure you feel right in your purchase.     Took my car in for recall fix and rotate tires. The service center staff was awesome and give you 5 start treatment. They even vacuumed my car and gave me a car wash voucher.     Update 10/22 Always pleased coming to this dealership! Anthony in service always takes great care of me and my car. Jamie in sales helped me with questions and viewing a car even knowing I wasn’t buying today. Not many people would be kind with general questions and taking their time. Truly appreciate it, and recommend him to anyone! Great dealership! Really worked to find the best deal for my situation, and worked as a team. Had been talking to Matt G, but he was with another customer when I arrived. Mark K took over, working on his behalf, and all were very upfront with it everything. Most relaxing dealership experience ever, and with all our moves, there has been a good amount! All the team members I dealt with felt very genuine and friendly. Definitely recommend!

    I recently totaled my car and was on the market for a new vehicle. I feel like buying a car as a woman brings its own set of challenges as dealerships and salesmen typically take advantage of the situation, in turn making it a very unpleasant experience. I decided to give Gunn Nissan a try after having several negative encounters at other dealerships, went in expecting the same but was shocked as to how wonderful this whole process was! I spoke with salesman Benjamin over the phone, he was so kind and helpful in helping me find the right car for me. He helped sort out all of the kinks for me before I went in person. I actually was pretty late to my appointment and ended up working with salesman Sergio. Sergio was absolutely amazing to say the least! I felt at ease discussing prices and limitations without getting pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He was extremely patient and made sure I knew exactly what everything meant and how it worked! I was hesitant on test driving cars but he was firm on making sure I got into a vehicle I absolutely loved and didn’t mind me being picky with features and colors. When it was time to sign papers I worked with Paul from finance. Paul worked diligently with me, explaining what all of the packages included and never once made me feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn’t want to do. He made several print outs for me to physically see the change in price points with each package, making sure that I knew exactly how much everything would cost in the end. Sales man yordan set up my plates for me and showed me how to work different features on my car that I was originally to shy to ask. Everyone that I worked with was so kind and gentle!! This dealership went above and beyond and I cannot be more thankful!! Amazing staff!! If you’re buying a car alone as a woman or just buying a car in general, I would definitely recommend coming here!!

    I dealt with both John’s and Eric they made my experience pleasant. I picked my car up on Thursday night when it was dark but during the day I noticed there was a pretty deep scratch on the drivers side and also on the back spoiler has some scratches on it😩 Is there a touch up paint I can get for it?

    Went on a Saturday morning (09/18) for a 9am oil change appointment on my wife's vehicle. We stood outside our vehicle in the bay while employees walked around without acknowledging us. The one service advisor was busy with other customers but made no effort to at least acknowledge and greet us. We were finally asked what we needed after almost 20 minutes. We were told our scheduled oil change appointment would take two hours so we left. We have one free oil change with Gunn and I am going somewhere else. Customer Service is important. Gunn was friendly when selling the vehicle but had we known about their poor customer service afterwards, we would probably had purchased elsewhere. For clarification, this review is for Gunn Nissan of Denton.

    Yvette from service was nice, but overall satisfaction was poor. Number one, I came in for an oil change and they didn’t top off any of my other fluids. Don’t believe they even checked air pressure. Literally any other auto shop, big or small, that I’ve been to has always topped off fluids. So they were either too lazy to check or Gunn is too cheap to help customers out. Number two, I asked them to check the rear lift gate button as it has broken loose. I bought the car from Gunn and paid for the security plus warranty that covers a lot. They looked it over, called me and said it couldn’t be covered because the damage was on a part considered trim. They said if the button has stopped working it would’ve been covered. Said they “really tried to get it taken care of”. Yeah ok. Quoted me $400 out of pocket to fix it. Thanks guys. I’ve bought two cars from Gunn and paid for warranties on both. I became a Nissan guy because the local dealer where I used to live was honest and put the customer first. From sales to service. Gunn is not built this way. Potential buyers: Finance guy from sales will tell you all about how Gunn will make the warranties work for you and you will absolutely get your money’s worth. But when it comes down to it they are shady about it all. Just a scheme they’ve worked up to sell cars. Some dealers in highly populated areas don’t care if they get return customers.

    My Altima has less than 10,000 miles on it and I've been having trouble with the Left Front Tire keeping the correct air pressure after my last oil change/tire balance & rotation. Brought my car in and they said it had a nail in the shoulder and couldn't be repaired and they wanted over $200. They wouldn't let me see the tire...so I told them NO. I called a friend that has car repair business and went to his business. After a long inspection, we found THERE WAS NO NAIL IN MY TIRE. Nothing...the tire is FINE. They just wanted to charge me for a new tire! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    Made an apportionment at this place…. Told me to come in at 7 am…. I told them exactly what was wrong with it and after waiting 3 hours they came back and told me what I already told them regarding what was wrong with it. Not only did they already tell me what I knew and then proceeded not to fix the problem after 3 hours of waiting… but then decided to tell me I owe them 150 dollars for them telling me something I already knew and they didn’t even fix the problem. “ dealership primary goal is to satisfy every customer at every opportunity “ let me tell you, you did the exact opposite

    Would rate 0 stars if I could, definitely one of the if not THE WORST Nissan maintenance shop I have ever been to. Guy there named James completely skipped over me multiple times as I waited in line. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting I was finally greeted by another gentleman who promptly helped me and was able to take care of my issues, unfortunately I did not catch his name but he definitely deserves 5 stars. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest Nissan for me to do my maintenance at, I have given this location multiple tries an they just do not disappoint with the terrible customer service provided. Much rather drive the extra 45 minutes to go to another Nissan than this one.

    Gabriel was my sales person and was great! I went in on a Monday and wasn’t feeling good and had to leave. I told Gabriel I had to go but to continue to run the numbers. I got back with him within a day or 2 to finish our conversation and he had everything noted so we didn’t have to go thru the process again. He was great sharing his experience with me and informing about the car! If I go back I would definitely work with Gabriel. Some sales people are pushy and run off people but Gabe was the opposite of that and was great! Thanks Gabe!

    Great Service. Cesar was very professional and helpful. I used to take my car to a another nissan dealership for service and after a few bad experiences with them, i decided to find a new place. And now i'm happy i found this place. Definitely will come back.

    I came in to get a diagnostic on my car and while i waiting i decided to inquire about getting something more reliable. The service team member Nick linked me up with Yordan and when i tell you not only did i get a newer car i also got lower monthly payments the experience was awesome quick and very well worth it.     This dealership likes to waste your time with their hidden fees and not selling their new cars for the Internet price advertised. They also advertise they will give absolute top dollar for your trade and then offer you a ridiculous low trade-in value (i.e., $4000 below NADA trade-in price), and won't even match their competitor's train-in offer. They also know that there is a Market Increase value currently but don't take that in consideration either, but you can bet they will add it in when they sell you a used car. People, stay clear of this Nissan dealership or get a bad deal, your choice!!!

    Trace and Chad did a great job getting me into a new Nissan Titan XD. Traded in a Ram2500HD Diesel. Looking forward to some new comforts. 2nd vehicle bought here. Follow up: 2022 - Had MANY issues with the TITAN XD during ownership. Gunn was NEVER able to find any issues other than EXCUESES, such as I drive to aggressively so we had someone else drive for a month and same results. I could go on and on. Bottom line is STAY AWAY from here if you want any support after purchase. Once they get your money the happiness goes away. Tried to trade in the VAN we purchased and were jerked around with pricing and then lowballed after having an agreed trade in price. Ended up selling in 2018 privately for 20K more than offered at Gunn. Traded the TitanXD back in at Gunn in late 2021 due to them not being able to find any problems despite my reports and VIDEOS. Happened to get another RAM2500 they had on the lot, Within the 1st week a check engine light came on. I mentioned to my sales guy but was busy to bring it in. I finally come in and not even a full 2 months later and am told too bad you drove 3K miles so your warranty is expired. This truck obviously had a check engine light on prior to selling and they cleared it! It is a transmission error that may end up very costly. Bottom line over promises and no follow through. Worse than insurance companies. Get everything in writing and KEEP your copy because nothing seems to make into the system for reference. The purchases I have made here we negotiated a number of Oil changes in and had to fight and argue every time we came in for an oil change, taking at least an additional hour of my day, and each time a promise to get the oil changes in the system so service wouldn't give me a hold up; NEVER happened. RUN RUN RUN New management just blames old management for issues and problems. Its a culture here fore sure as i have seen at least 3 or 4 different sets of management.

    This is the 2nd time I have needed Warranty repairs on each of my Titan XD’s. Both times it was seem less and easy. This is not the norm for dealerships and when you find a service department that provides this kind of great customer service, well no one else gets a chance after that. Shout out to Joseph (Service Mgr) for his excellent customer service skills and knowledge in this matter

    I needed to buy a car and did not have time to extensively shop. The salesman asked me the appropriate questions as to what I needed and wanted in a car and found a perfect match. I checked another vehicle just to be sure but returned to the first offering. The contract was signed and I continued on to work. Car was delivered to my house by business end and I drove it 14 hours the next day for family emergency. The car is perfect, meet my needs, I feel I was treated honestly and fairly and my time was not wasted. I recommend both the Nissan Rogue and the Gunn dealership.

    Took my 3 year old Altima to Gunn for service. Anthony, who was so pleasant and good at his job in the Service Dept., arranged for us to use a Murano courtesy car while waiting for parts. We liked the Murano so much that Anthony introduced us to Justin in Sales. Justin, like everyone else we’ve met at Gunn was friendly, courteous and very professional.     I really like that they send a video of when they are doing the inspection of your car. It helps you understand why the repairs are needed so you can make informed decisions.
