The other lenders were saying at-least 45 days and that too I was getting it done during the holiday season, so they were anticipating 60 days easily. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nikki. She has been our go to lender for the purchase or our home a year and a half ago. We then refinanced our home as well as our vacation home getting rates under 3%, which is saving us quite a bit of money.
