As so many know, the home-buying experience can be a mountain of uncertainty, worry, and stress, and the financing can be extra-special maddening. Here's our story: We received our pre-approval under another company but, when their interest rates came in they were too high *and* we were less than twelve hours from a major announcement by the Fed which threatened to bump interest rates even higher. Keith responded to our call for a more competitive quote, worked with us until 1am and then again starting at 7am, and got the whole loan locked before the Fed moved the interest rate... and mortgage rates followed by a quarter percent. Our timing was make-or-break, and Keith made it, saving us many thousands per year, as much as 0.9625% below the worst-case scenario we might have been facing. His service didn't stop there. Throughout the process, he fought for us when a fight was needed, and at every step he communicated clearly, openly, and honestly with us.
