I was going with a different bank as I was all the way in Cali and 3 week before closing I contacted Nick and he told me he could have given me a better interest rate. I was happy to hear that but with that little time ahead to my closing date I was worries. So I then asked Nick if it would be possible to make my closing date if I switch to his company? He told me he would do his best to and if not I wouldn't be more than a few days later. Gust what? Nick saved my over $50 a month on my monthly payment plus I closed 3 days ealier than my original closing date!
