This is probably the sixth loan I have completed with Cross Country Mortgage and Nick Montani. I had a business partner bring me an investment property deal with a lender already attached (not Cross Country). I told him that I only close loans with Cross Country and for a specific reason. After reviewing the loan documents with Nick we discovered that there was a $5000 “paperwork processing fee” with this other lender. My business partner was also shocked at the level of transparency regarding the lending process that Nick provided. Needless to say I was happy that I got to close the deal with my lender for way less than my business partner thought we could. There is no reason to even attempt another lender.
