The Jordan Real Estate Group has done several real estate appraisals and closings for me. They have always been professional, prompt, courteous and spot on accurate with the financial details. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Karen Thoms and the Jordan were true professionals when handling my home’s refinance. They handled all of the many hurdles that modern closings encounter. I would recommend highly to both my friends and family.

One Month ago I had an appraisal for my house from ThirdBank and the appraisal was $475,000. after a Month I tried again with another loan company because I though that the appraisal was very low. The new loan company used The JORDAN REAL ESTATE GROUP as th e appraisal company, and Mr Robert Kugler as an appraiser. Mr Kugler evaluated my house $415,000 !! It is important to notice that the Insurance has estimated the value of the house to be $530,000 , the town estimates my real taxes based on the $430,000, and last Year I had another appraisal that was estimated my house for $535,000. It is obvious that Mr Gugler did not act as a professional and I am going to take action with the NJ Consumer Affairs, because we cannot afford to give licenses to people who are not capable to deliver their responsibilities.
