We faced so many challenges as first time homebuyers with only one income, a large debt to income ratio, rising interest rates in a high home sale value market, the home being over 100 years old. Each challenge was faced by this team with so much attention to detail and care. They communicated with us pretty much 24/7 (even when they were on vacation time! So nice and above and beyond.) and have so much experience and knowledge of the industry and how to resolve unique challenges.
