TD Bank NJ, Neptune Township

I recently had a problem with my account and both Digi Ana and Tracey from TD's Branch at 2200 State Route 66 in Neptune NJ handled my concerns with excellent customer service. I'm extremely satisfied with TD Bank and look forward to many more years of outstanding service. These two employees should be acknowledged.

Very, very, very helpful people always work here. I’ve been in the area 10 years and this TD truly beats all others I’ve been to in terms of customer service and reliability. Although, I’ll never forgive TD for getting rid of the free change machines, the employees I spoke to at the time of that horrible decision seemed genuinely disappointed as well. Plus it’s not like this branch made that decision lol. Anyway, if you’re still reading, here’s some of the reasons I gave this place 5 stars- If you’re ever in a line for the counter, one of the employees always checks on line to see if every one is alright or has any quick questions. Always pleasant. Always. And I’ve unfortunately seen how some scumbags treat bank workers as if it’s their fault they made them incur an overdraft fee 🙄 Fast, easy, free replacement of debit cards Extremely helpful staff that assist in making good financial decisions when it comes to banking. (Soo much better than when it was Commerce Bank😂)

Idk what her name is but Lord touch her before a customer does!! Made my experience the worst at TD almost changed my bank because of her!! I’m going to find out her name and post later because TD has to do something about her customer service skills

This place is a total joke. I actually just got hung up on by Andrea. She defines the total opposite of what a helpful, empathetic person should be. Nasty, very short answered, didn’t care one bit about my problem. Hung up on me mid sentence when I asked a question! Meanwhile, TD bank is the one who has been charging me EXTRA every month due to a mistake THEY made! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT start an account here. This is an embarrassment of a bank. Thank you Andrea for forcing me to write my first review ever. Hopefully you never treat someone the way you treated me ever again.

This is awful. The teller at the drive through is opening a credit card at the DRIVE THROUGH for the car next to me. I can hear his security word for the application and his gross income. I've been sitting here for 5+ minutes waiting for the receipt for my deposit. I'm still waiting and the guy was approved for $12,000 btw. Ugh!!

Avoid !! Go to another branch. They give wrong answers to questions, along with waiting 20 minutes for a teller in lobby yesterday. “America’s Most Convenient Bank” Hahaha

went in person because i was having trouble online… the tellers are sweet but it took 2.5 hours to open a savings account… they need way more help here

This is the third time I have come to this location and had an issue with change. This third time, Karim at the front desk counted my change wrong and almost shorted me over $100. Thankfully I counted before I left. He counted his drawer and brought back the missing change. But it was short $10. He then proceeded to argue with me about it. Worst customer service I have ever received in a professional business. Still standing here after 45 minutes. The managers are continuing about their closing duties.

I spoke to two different ladies here and they were both very nasty and snippy for no reason. Overall unpleasant experience, slow service.

Worst TD I have ever been too. Everyone who works there is completely useless. Management does nothing even after several complaints.
