I brought my car on a Saturday morning, I had not read the emails stating appointment only. David let me know, so I could make an appointment next time. He let me know they were busy, but he would get me in. I left and didn't expect to be called until way later. I got a call pretty quickly actually, letting me know it was done! He is always so nice.

Matt Jenkins is a true gem. Please do not allow him to ever leave Newton. He is a true asset to your organization. Matt was very professional, did not pressure me into buying anything and even when I changed my mind after picking a car and opting for something different, he didn't make me feel like I had totally wasted everyone's time. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the car that I was getting. He even went as far as handling the return of the rental I was in from Enterprise. I was involved in an accident where my car was totaled at no fault of my own. Due to the chip shortage, I had been stressed for 2 days trying to find something I like online at ANY dealership that was already in stock. I didn't have the luxury of putting down a deposit and waiting for weeks/months for a vehicle to arrive. I basically figured that I would be settling for a car that I was not totally in love with since nothing was in stock that I truly loved. I worked with Matt after seeing a car on Newton's website that was in stock. He held the keys at his desk for me to arrive, so no one else would sell it. I have previously purchased vehicles and have recommended Newton to friends/family over the years. I will definitely be back and will scream this dealership's name from the rooftop. Definitely ask for Matt when they come.

It was great. Had a screw in my tire on my new truck. Because of where it was, I had to buy a new tire but I feel they were honest with me about the law, and had it changed and me ready to go in no time flat. I appreciated Daniel’s help in getting me right in.

I dropped my car off on Friday for a 90k mile service and to check why the radio display fades in and out and why the parking brake light was staying on. I received a text shortly after I dropped it off Friday saying that Chip was going be my service representative and keep me updated on my vehicle through text and I could call at any time. Monday morning I texted Chip back asking for an update but I never received a response. I waited an hour and then I called Chip at the number he provided but he did not answer. During lunch I called the service department at Newton Nissan and spoke with Matt, he proceeded to tell me I need a new brakes new rotors, new radio display screen and we’re looking at thousands of dollars. I asked Matt to please confirm that the 90,000 mile maintenance was completed that I would pick it up. Matt said he would have to call me back in 5 minutes- but he never called me back. I have no idea what or if anything has been done to my vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I plan to take the car for a second opinion, so to speak, it will be interesting to you see if the diagnosis is the same as a Newton Nissan.

My vehicle was at this location for over a week, not looked at, no follow up for a check engine light. I go to pick it up since there was no urgency in them attempting to fix it and all the employees are standing around gossiping and not working. My vehicle had been driven, my secondary key fob had been set up for another user, and my settings had been changed. No explanation as to why since they claimed they were very busy did not have time to diagnosis it. I do not recommend this unprofessional place. I brought it to another local Nissan dealer who diagnosed and fixed it with in hours. Newton Nissan of Gallatin is a joke.

When I purchased my Rogue in April of last year I was told that I had to bring back to the selling dealer if I wanted my warranty and comp oil changes taken care of. Well the warranty can be honored at any Nissan location, oil changes not, only there. So I call today bc I had to have my dash pad replaced due to a defect and the tech who did the job did not install my floor vents back properly, so now I have no floor heat. So I have to be inconvenienced to drop my car off for an undisclosed amount of days and they no longer have loner cars for customers who cars is under warranty. Bad move Newton Nissan bad move for this reason I will not return. Bad service advisors, bad service, and techs who just dont care

My appointment was for 12:00 noon. My assigned service co-ordinator was Austin, and he was ready for me upon my arrival, had all my information including the service being provided already pulled up. I dave him my key and went to the waiting area and had freshly made cup of coffee and within 40 minutes my car was done , and I was out the door. EXCELLENT service and experience.

When I arrived it was very clear the staff was overwhelmed, and no one had a clue what was going on. ALL were VERY nice and polite but very unorganized. I had a 9am appt that was told it should take a couple hours when I made the appt... then things went a bit south. From my perspective either someone doesn't know how to schedule or your team took way too many walk in's as evident by the number of people waiting in the waiting room, never saw it that full before and I have been there alot. My interaction with Dalton went fine but I saw my truck pull out and never got any notice until I had to text him almost 30 minutes later to see if it was done and at this point I was there 4 hours... I noticed on the screen, my truck wasn't even checked in until 10:30...again I arrived a bit before 9. Then once I found out it was done, someone else went to go get an invoice when I expect it to be Dalton.... I waiting a minimum of 15 minutes longer to only find out it was already sitting at the counter when I went to search out the person (never knew his name) to ask. I run two companies and get chaos goes on in the background but customers should never see or feel it. I am concerned if staff is that overwhelmed on the front end, that service of the vehicle could be effected as well....and that's not what I pay for. I drive an hour to get our work done there and that is my choice but most likely I will find another dealer or service location going forward. Thank you for allowing me to share. Michele Davis

Made an 8:30 appt for my 1st 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation (and car wash, i requested when i got there), got there about 8:15, they checked me in and directed me to the waiting area. I sat for about 2 hours and finally when I noticed people leaving that got there after me I went to the cashier and asked her if she could find out why it had been so long, she called back and said David would be up in just a min. 15 mins late David came up and called me said my car was ready, no apology about the wait, I paid for my $3 car wash and left, when I got to my car it still had the number tag hanging from the rear view mirror, the paperwork in the seat and the seat cover on the driver's seat. My assumption, I think after the oil change they handed it off to be washed, it got washed, parked and forgotten about.

I called to inquire about scheduling a time to take my Altima in for them to check and see why I continuously had a tire pressure light on my dashboard. David Stone told me I could bring my vehicle in after lunch time. I arrived a few minutes after Noon, he had a Nissan Employee come out & check my tire "sensors" & made a determination that I had one rear tire on my Driver's side that needed to be replaced. He asked me to step inside, get me a cup of coffee and they would try & get me repaired as quickly as possible. We were there for approximately 90 minutes, work was completed, paid my bill & left the Dealership. The staff @ Newton Nissan is very customer oriented & I will recommend them to anyone interested in buying or trading for a Nissan. They have always been very professional to me since 1997.

I had called ahead to express interest in purchasing the new Armada. Once I got there, a nice man walked around the dealership trying to find someone that could help me. After multiple tries, he finally called around and Teesha was able to help us. She was very easy to work with and we were in and out with a new car in around 3 hours. We truly love our new Armada!

We purchased our second vehicle from Newton Nissan and had a great experience. Jason Williams was so helpful and made the process seamless. Greg Weir was fantastic as well and really went above and beyond for us. Cody in finance was fast, efficient and kept us laughing. He even followed back up the next day to let us know we can cancel the warranty on the vehicle we traded in and get some money back. We're Nissan people and Newton Nissan is a HUGE part of that!

Excellent facility. I purchased my Rogue at their sister location in Shelbyville, and even though I was extremely stressed and nervous about the transaction, their salesman took good care of us and I didn’t feel like he was being dishonest or shady. I come to the Gallatin location for my service, and even though it is out of the “free service” warranty period, the price of a full synthetic oil change is comparable to Walmart’s. You also get a free multipoint inspection with it, which I appreciate. I was aware of some small issues with my vehicle (tire tread, filter life, etc) and while those were noted on the inspection, there was clarity on their prices for resolving these issues, but no pressure to get those things done there. My fluids were topped off, and I was able to wait in a designated lobby with free snacks and water without anybody bothering me. In and out in 30 mins. Everyone was nice and professional. 👍🏻

In the past year my wife and I have bought 2 cars from Newton and they are great cars. The sales guys were pretty cool, and didn’t have an issue with us driving a few different models. Which is all well and good had it not been ruined by the end of the sale speech where they beg you to give them good reviews because it helps them out. We did give them good reviews but not because they begged. It was a little unbecoming. And then today, during our first oil change my wife drops her car off, the guy tells her they are extremely busy, to which she replies something along the lines of “that’s ok, just as soon as you can is fine”. Knowing it would be a while we ran some errands and they call us within the hour to tell us it’s ready, really speedy service is always a plus. We come back after our errands (about 2 hours later) when the guy that took the vehicle from my wife makes a low brow comment about how he pushed her to the front of the line and then it took her forever to come get it. Just kind of rubbed us the wrong way I guess.

Overall a great experience. We knew going in what we wanted thanks to an up to date online inventory. We worked with one of the best sales people there, got to have some fun haggling the trade. The dealership is clean, and well kept, and everyone smiles and was friendly and willing to help.

Only bad point was wasn’t told of the adjustments for 22 models only to find out spoke to sales man over the. Phone day before and also was waiting for certain model to come in transit came in to put deposit on sentra sr monochrome orange but I refuse to pay up charge when I wasn’t aware and wasn’t posted on but three 2022 on lot after driving almost 60 miles to dealership Did find a car a 2021 Altima SL and was a Plesant buying experience

I used the online scheduler to make my appointment, but somehow it booked me for a time later than I wanted. I showed up at the time I THOUGHT I booked (2 hours earlier than the schedule showed), and the service team was not only able to fit me in, I was out there there as soon as I finished my complimentary cup of coffee!

We have never in our 25 years of car buying had an experience as easy as this! James and Justin found what we were looking for and there wasn't the dreadful back and forth negotiation that all auto shoppers fear. It was the best deal offered from the beginning. THE BEST HANDS DOWN! I honestly visited this dealership coming from a failed attempt at another dealership trying to purchase a car. As soon as my family & I exited the car, we felt welcomed because we were not accosted by the whole sales team. We were given a minute to gather ourselves and were then greeted. I came with financing in hand and was not pressured into getting the dealers financing (we appreciate that). We were shown the cars in our price range which were so much nicer seen elsewhere. We chose the car, did a test drive & purchased all under 2 hours. True hassle free shopping. We have had our car going on 2 years and we still receive coupons for service & follow up phone calls. We feel like family which is huge after the purchase has been completed 🗣 Newton, we will be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle for the 16/17 year old.

I brought my work car (2000 Nissan Altima SE) to have the A.C. worked on and was told a week to fix and they still have the car 3 Months and 2 weeks now...all that was wrong is the a.c. didn't work well, somehow they said the computer got fired and the starter went out. Ok the starter was going out so I told them to replace it no problem. Now there in the 3rd computer and still can't drive the car and they don't call you back, they lost 1 computer in there own shop. I brought the car there instead of a back yard mechanic and wow this still happens.. I bought 2 Mercedes at Mercedes of music city best customer service I have experienced. When I drove my Mercedes they said I didn't expect you to be driving this and I was like wow that shows how that treat people that drive older cars.

i had recently purchased a used Nissan Murano and needed a aftermarket fob programmed. They did explain these kinds of fobs can not take the programming but would attempt if I desired. They were able to program the fob so I could have another to start the car and they cut the key that opens the door all for the price they stated.

Never had a worse experience. I had to pull over on the side of the road because my radiator started to overheat. I called a towing service then called this location to see if I needed any special kind of coolant for my car. During the entire conversation they did not mention anything about a wait time. Tow service comes and takes me to this location I tell a different person my situation and they tell me they can’t even LOOK at my car until 6-7 business days. Really? You can’t even diagnose my car until 6-7 days from now??? Then I can’t even take my car anywhere else now because I don’t want to ruin my engine. They only care about the money and NOT their customers time.

I brought in my Infiniti vehicle for an appointment to have my AV Unit reprogrammed. I picked it up later to find that it wasn't reprogrammed, even though I was told it was, and I was also told that my AV unit would need to be replaced which I'm confident isn't the issue. Do y'all not use Nissan Consult III(3)? Rather disappointed.

My time was not respected, and despite having contacted the sales associate as early as 9.00a, he did not have paperwork, or the vehicle prepared for my 5.30p appointment. When picking up the vehicle, the sales associate continued to not respect my time by insisting on additional tours & introductions that I was not interested in. I was also very annoyed that I had to repeat a large amount of information that was input into the Fastpass - if that info is not going to be used or save time, what is the point of the Fastpass? The trade-in process was needlessly stressful and frustrating. If your team is not willing to uphold the quoted Kelley Blue Book price provided by Newton Nissan's Fastpass, then you need to remove that feature rather than waste 2 hours of my time "negotiating" and lowballing your offer by $3,000.00 under the Fastpass quoted value. Having purchased 6 vehicles in my life, including one Nissan prior, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Between my time not being respected and the insulting trade-in process, I will not be returning to Newton Nissan or recommending them.

I've purchased 2 Nissan vehicles years ago in Illinois and the service was okay. Now that I've purchased another Nissan vehicle in Jersey and moved to TN, I must say that the service and KINDNESS at this dealership is the BEST I'VE SEEN in any car service. Quick service and excellent customer service from the moment you drive in until payment is made. I can do work in the lobby on my laptop and there is always someone to offer me coffee/water. I even had a friend who just moved to Mt. Juliet come to Gallatin to service her car and she loved Chip's friendliness (he really is awesome!)...keep doing what you're doing Newton! My first encounter was fact finding. Ian followed up to answer questions but respected the fact that I was not ready to buy. He called one day and I told him I would come in 2 hours and test drive a Rogue. He had one waiting out front. He was very informed, professional, allowed me to make my decisions, and solved the obstacle of a traitor hitch for my bike rack. My husband joined me after work once I decided I liked the Rogue. We purchased it that night in the pouring rain. Greg Weir, the manager was good to work with as was Josh in finance who didn't put pressure on us to buy an extended warranty. The service department was great to work with when I had my hitch put on. Ian went above and beyond helping this tech challenged lady understand and set up her new vehicle. He brought out the floor mats and put them in when they arrived and put my tag on when it came in. He went out of his way to make this a great experience. I came in for a oil change and tires rotated, I got there at 11:00 am on a Wednesday and had to wait for one hour and forty minutes, much too long a wait. I was also not happy with the cost of the oil change and tire rotate at a total cost of 99.85. almost half of that was for labor and for the use of your supplies and shop. Kind of pricey. My car was taken and I wasn't even update until they came in and told me it was done and everything was good on it.

The service is fine. I did come in about an offer I had. I owe a lot on the car I own. When the salesman brought me the deal out, I told him I could not do it. So then, my credit was run about 6 times. I never consented to that nor do I appreciate it. Therefore, I will never buy a car a Newton Nissan.

I have always had positive experiences with Newton Nissan. I’ve bought 3 cars from them. My newish car had some brake issues and I had gone to another Nissan dealership, not to be named, which came up with excuses instead of fixing the problems. Where to start.... First, I was in last summer and expressed concern about my battery not holding a charge. I'd had the vehicle just over two years at that point. They said it was fine. It died again recently but this time, you guys said it needed replaced. Convenient. Had it been replaced last summer when I asked, it would have been mostly covered under the warranty. I know this to be true because I checked last summer. I also had the same thing happen with my 2015 Rogue at about the same time period post purchase (around 28 months). I didn't pay a thing for that new battery back then. Second, besides the fact that it took longer than estimated, how about the fact that ALMOST NO ONE WORE MASKS! We have a county wide mask mandate. Most of your staff, inside and out, did not even have a mask on and of those few that did, only 2-3 actually wore them correctly. I'm high risk and a widow so my 8 y/o (who kept hers on for the entire 2+ hours we were there) was with me. Had I not needed the repairs done that day, we would have left. From now on, I'll be going to Rivergate.

We had been looking for a couple weeks for a SUV for my fiance with no luck. We spoke to several dealerships and visited 3 to try to make a deal. We did not feel like we were taken seriously so we left. Then I remembered Newton Nissan and reached out to them. Matt Jenkins was our salesman and he made us feel important and that we mattered. Update: Blake is AWESOME. Very honest and friendly. Told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost. My car was done very quickly. Newton Nissan did a great job... I requested several things be looked at on my car along with getting my transmission flushed. Mitch did not tell me that what I was requesting was too much to do in one day. He stated he "tried to accommodate me". No one ever called me about the status of my car. I had to call and check in it. I dropped it off at 8 AM, when I called around 1 it had just gone in to be serviced. When I talked to Mitch at 3:50 pm (you close at 4 pm) he told me my back brakes need to be done. You didn't have time to look at what I request, however, you could do the brakes. I left the car overnight (which was an inconvenience to me - I had to borrow my friend's car to go to work) and when I called at 12 pm on Monday, Mitch sounded nothing had been done.

When we pulled into the dealership we were immediately greeted by Cody. He instantly made us feel at ease. From the moment we met him to the moment we drove off in our new truck we never felt any type of pressure to buy. We felt at home at the dealership. Everyone we came in contact with were all so nice and welcoming. Justin, the sales manager, was equally as easy and awesome to work with. He kept the number talk very honest with zero stress. During the price talk the overall experience was the best I've ever had when buying a car. When a deal was reached we were taken back to Sam in Finance. He, too, was amazing. We were met by Brandon Payne, before we even made it to the front door. He did not hesitate to let us test drive a 370z, even though it was on the showroom floor and had to be delicately backed out of the building! We appreciated that, as we had visited another place and they were less than willing unless we virtually promised to buy it before test driving (huge turn off, even though we were serious about buying a car today). The car was absolutely immaculate inside and out. We did not need a long test drive to know that this was a quality vehicle and we were interested. He showed us the carfax and also the service reports, answered a few questions, but was very non-pushy about the fact that we were going to glance at a few other vehicles before making our choice. He just said to give him a heads up if we were heading back and he would have it cleaned up and gassed up for us! This was the best move for us, as I am truly unimpressed by pushy salespeople. He knew the quality of the vehicle and he knew to let us explore the other options, as they had the best option in town! We did come back! Brandon Payne had given us a really great impression about the dealership and the people we would be working with. It was obvious that they took care of the vehicle and cared how it was presented to us. We just werent thrilled with the other dealership's experiences, regardless of the price of the car they were selling. For us, you need to trust the people that you are buying from. They made negotiating a breeze, were transparent about their pricing, and were really patient as we scrambled to acquire the right documentation, so that we could purchase and walk out with the vehicle this evening. Who knew that insurance cards were only in the primaries name!?They were very personable throughout the process and made us feel well taken care of, we also had a few decent laughs along the way. Nick was wonderful at guiding us through the paperwork, showing us a few finance options, and explaining our warranty options. They were super Covid conscious, wore masks, hand sanitizer readily available. They also socially distanced for photos and apologized for not shaking hands after a car sale. I would certainly recommend this dealership to a friend or family member. I would certainly drive the hour+, to Gallatin, to purchase my next vehicle from them as well. It is by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Came in with Tire Pressure light on for my Driver's side front tire. Was quickly greeted, and worked in within 45 minutes of my arrival as a walk in. Discovered a nail in the inside wall of my tire, and because I had the warranty they gave me a brand new tire, and had me ready to go all before 10am. I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail, and the communication from the Matt in the service department.

I don’t usually write reviews about service centers... but I have to commend Newton Nissan on their professionalism, hospitality, and over all customer service. From their uniforms and structured appearance to the way they interact with their customers is so refreshing. I was greeted and helped by Chip, and I have to say, I hope management reads this and rewards him and the rest of the service advisors. Outstanding. I took a vehicle to the Toyota service center next door about a week ago and the experience is night and day.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Newton Nissan. I actually planned to look for a newer used car than the 2013 Rogue I had bought in 2014. I needed the driver assist features of the newer cars....especially the warning if you are trying to change lanes and it isn’t clear to do it. I LOVE that feature! I actually love everything about my new Rogue. And the salesman I worked with, Matthew (don’t remember his last name) was great. I made three trips there before I settled on the deal. My sister and I went to view a Nissan Kicks last week. We were immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist. We had an appointment with Jason Williams who came over and reintroduced himself to my sister and met me for the first time.. Jason was very cordial and professional. I was not happy that I waited over a week for an appointment just to drop off my car to sit in your dealership for another three days before being looked at. Also when I used to get oil changes & tire rotations my car would get a wash and/or at least vacuumed out. You would think after I spent close to $900 for the last service that I would in return get a car back with a fresh vacuum & wash? The work itself was done properly but it be nice with a little more care about the customer than the bill & selling extra services to your car every time you come in.

Spent 3 hours taking to a salesman, waited and waited. Granted he was super nice. Both my wife and I gave our financial information for a quote, and what we were told was definitely a soft credit check. Low and behold, tonight we both got a notification from credit karma that a hard inquiry was reported. Also, the quote we were given didn't even include our credit, it was the national average! Don't listen to them when they say that it won't affect you credit!

Daryl Oldfield was one of the best sales personnel I have ever dealt with. Listened to what what I was looking in a car and gave me several options. While keeping my budget in mind. My husband is the really hard one to please and he was impressed as well. That is saying alot about Daryl. Can't wait to pick up my new Kicks when it arrives.

The only thing that was off putting was I scheduled the appointment for my new vehicle and was never told that it may have to be kept a few days for the issues I was describing. When I arrived, with my two young children, I was then notified that the car may or may not have to stay a few days to look at my complaints. Since y’all do not offer rental cars, I had to call my husband to come get us. Luckily he was just shortly behind me on his way to work so he arrived within minutes. The work was completed later that afternoon, but just would have been nice to know before hand so I could have made arrangements for a ride with my kiddos.

Service department is a joke. Took 4 days to replace a gas cap. Nobody ever called for updates I had to call each day for updates, was told it would be done at a certain time and two hours after that is still not done. Terrible customer service and now missed two days of work for a simple fix. Will be taking my car to other Nissan shops in town for the future.

Felt like I got ripped off. I’ve never paid 180 for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter change out of all the times I’ve gotten my car serviced. My car is only a year old and I always get this service but this time it was outrageous. Over the phone I was told that the service was only going to be 60-80 but as soon as I got their the price went up. I honestly think it’s because I’m a female and as usual price goes up when your a female.

My mistake, I wrote this review in error. This was intended for Newton Nissan South. I would be interested in seeing what your dealer would offer however. NEVER TRADE YOUR CAR IN HERE! I had a brand new 2022 Rogue SV (less than 500 miles on it) Perfect condition, paid $35K for it last week and they had the audacity to offer me $25K for it!! When you hear about SLIMEY dealers, this is what comes to mind! BEWARE!

Dave made this an easy transaction for me and my family. We searched for a vehicle throughout the east coast and found Newton Nissan, but did not know how it would work out. Jason and Lateesha were very professional, friendly and very pleasant to work with. I purchased a new Nissan Titan Pro-X4 at MSRP at Newton Nissan after a bad experience at Toyota North where I asked why the 2022 Toyota Tundra was selling for $10,000 over MSRP. Toyota North told me it was due to the chip shortage and to try and find a new one anywhere else like the truck I was looking at (That was very arrogant). Two reasons I decided to go to Newton Nissan, they were selling new vehicles at MSRP and Toyota North’s attitude of telling me to find another one like their Tundra I was looking at. Nissan said in the beginning of the shortage they tried to tack on $5000 over MSRP like everyone else but after having so many customers walk off the lot, they decided to sell them at MSRP. The used ones like other dealerships are priced almost as much as a new one. Since I was looking for a new one, paying MSRP saved me $10,000 over what Toyota North is selling a new one for. I also paid in cash to avoid interest charges. I was charged a small fee because I paid in cash since Nissan makes more money on financing but I was ok with that. I had a trade in but since there was a small “Pay in cash” fee, I really did not get as much for my trade-in but I was ok with that. Trade-in’s are less desired since there are so many used cars and trucks on everyone’s lot already and I can understand that. Nissan takes the older trade-ins to auction to make money to keep the company more profitable and to cut down on used inventory because of the new vehicle shortage and that makes perfect sense. There are other ways to make money during this shortage, I just like how Newton Nissan is doing it because it is a more acceptable plan. Jason went the extra mile for me and I feel like I've made a friend in the process. I am very happy with my purchase and the professional and friendly manner I was treated in.

The dealership overall went out of there way to help me, although Dave G COMPLETELY went above and beyond. They originally sold the car I wanted about an hour before I got there so I wasn’t really interested in anything else although Dave talked me into a killer deal(typical salesman…) but honestly though being active duty military he really looked out to get me the best experience possible. When I’m ready to buy another vehicle for my wife I’ll most definitely be seeing him again.

I was very impressed with Newton Nissan. I buy vehicles more often than most people, and my least favorite part is the smoke and mirrors and the "deal dance" you go through when you just want to buy a vehicle. Newton Nissan had none of that. Everything was friendly, honest, straightforward, and there were no tricks, no scams, no hidden fees, no unwanted options, no pressure. I needed a new fob for my wife’s Rogue. I called the service dept and they referred me to Parts. Parts told me that they had the Fob in stock and that the price for the new fob was $188. When I met with the service dept, I was informed that the cost was $322 - a 40% increase. Bad form Newton Nissan. Update - indeed Mr Daniels called and resolved the matter. Very much appreciated!

Although I purchased my truck at a different, out of state dealership, and suffered a problem with that dealer’s installed option, the service department staff at Newton worked tirelessly and very professionally with this most difficult warrenty situation. Keeping communication lines with the other dealership proved to be challenging, yet the service specialists tenaciously followed up and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt that Newton Nissan went out of their way to accommodate my unique situation, and provided me with a loner vehicle throughout the process. Most dishonest people ever, drove two hours, would not honor price. Finance guy agreed to honor price listed on internet then added back Doc Fees of nearly 700 dollars. Website specifically stated, price INCLUDES DOC FEE. Do not buy or deal with these thieves!!!

I did not have a pleasant experience with Daryl Oldfield. He was very casual and unprofessional as soon as he came up to me on the lot. This would continue through the whole process, including becoming upset that I was unsure how to unlock the child locks for the rear windows during a test drive. (He wanted to roll the window down so he could spit his dip out.) He became unruly when we began to talk numbers on a car. He was unwilling to even give me low end KBB on my trade, then proceeded to become mad when I was not going to give above KBB for the car on the lot. He then tried telling me that I could not afford the car before he even knew anything about what I made or my credit score. It was becoming clear that his behavior was getting worse and that we were not going to come to a deal. At that point, he proceeded to stop looking at us and pretended we didn't exist. After a minute went by, he looked and said "Oh you're still here" then continued to stare blank at his computer. We ended up leaving afterwards due to his rudeness and poor sales experience. I bought a car that was priced similarly less than a week later at another dealership. I would not recommend this dealership. If you do go, avoid this sales person.

Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. My only issue was that the battery had to be jumped fir the drive and was not replaced. Monday morning it would not start and I had a tow driver jump it and I took it the local Nissan dealer to have the battery replaced. This resulted in me being 2 hours late to work and very angry.

Where do I start... Unmatched professionalism and service! "Red-Carpet", "A-list," " Queen of England showing up to buy a truck" kind of interaction with these individuals!!! They treated me like family! Kept me well hydrated (lol)... Even offered me lunch! Your not gonna match this type of service anywhere in the country! Unparalleled! This person didn't stop until me and my husband drove off the lot with this car. Her name is Margaret Garland. I left my car there for the day. Arrived about 830 or 9 ... At 230 I called to see if my was ready cause no one had called me and they said yes it was ready. So I went to get it. Fuel door wasn't noted on my receipt. So when I got home it still didn't work. So finally I called and asked about it and was told there was a part ordered for it

I came in for the usual oil change and vehicle inspection, and as always the auto service team took very good care of me and my vehicle. I was given a few recommendations for some services I should consider with in-person examples, and was given timelines on future services I should have done in the months ahead. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of when I come to this location, and I will definitely continue to come for all of my vehicle service and maintenance needs.

The salesman,Matthew Jenkins, worked tirelessly to get the perfect car for me. It was very busy in the showroom but he kept returning to us, apologizing for having to leave us to service his other clients. He showed us several cars and let me drive them but could tell I wasn't happy with any of them. Matthew continued to be very patient with me, as I looked for the perfect car. So yet again the award for worst service goes to this place. I’ve owned Nissan’s for over 21 years, and never in my history of dealing with a service department have I been so appalled. This time the car went in for a recall issue and another problem, (which was never even addressed, because it’s still there). Then I get the phone call, you need this, and this, and boy are these horrible. Needless to say, the service advisor/Tech horribly incorrect on what my car needed, besides the air filter, I’ll give them that. So after I leave the service department I bring my car to my mechanic BIL. He found nothing wrong with the car, minus the in cabin and air filter. Since I don’t get my car serviced at Newton, they automatically assume it needs a ton of work. Incorrect, and you wonder why people have a hard time trusting service departments. On the plus side, I will say that when I bought my vehicle, my sales guy was AMAZING! Mr. Valentine all the way! Service department... NO

We had an amazing experience at Newton Nissan of Gallatin. Our salesman Matt went above and beyond in everyway to make sure the time we spent there went smooth. I can not say enough good things about our salesman, Matt Jenkins. He made sure to educate us on all the new features that our new Nissan Rouge has and answered all questions. Fantastic experience all around when purchasing a vehicle. From the sales staff (Kevin), finance department (Alex), and General Sales Manager (Greg), they all worked so cohesively together to create a memorable and comfortable experience in the purchase of my recent vehicle. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and were able to create an environment that I would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for purchasing either a new or used vehicle. Also to note, they were extremely helpful in arranging the vehicle to have heated seats and tinted windows installed which were done to perfection. They companies they use to provide this service certainly knew what to do to and thus provided work that was 110% of what was expected by myself personally. Again, fantastic experience. Went in after I was given an offer on my trade through a Facebook Event. Get to the dealership and they offered me half of what I was quoted with no explination and offered no solution to purchase the vehicle I came in for. After several messages to the dealership I was assured that their used car director would reach out to me. That never happened so I went and bought elsewhere.

Great service. Came in without an appointment for an oil change. Tech identified other issues with the car including the need to replace rear brakes. Work was performed while I was there - they got me in quickly, had the right parts in stock and fully serviced our Pathfinder. They even washed it and had me ready to go in less than 2 hours. Great experience - everyone was professional and friendly...just another reason why we keep coming back to Newton Nissan. We’ve purchased several vehicles there and are always treated well. I will be buying another car soon (thinking Nissan Altima SR) and will definitely consider Newton for my next purchase.

On March 31st 2021 I purchased a 2021 Murano from Newton Nissan. 3 days later I noticed a noise coming from under the hood as if the battery was draining, when I lifted the hood I realized a mouse had chewed the undercarriage between the motor and the hood also some of the housing that protects wires. I placed a call and was told to unhook the battery and remove the car from the garage and call back Monday morning and make a appointment to bring it in. So I called Monday and the only appointment they had was the following Friday, I had no choice but not to drive the new vehicle and wait to take it in on that Friday. After dropping it off I was told it would be five days before I could pick it up and was given a rental to drive. On the 5th day I called to see if I could pick it up and left a message with the manager Blake but did not receive a call back. I followed back up later with another call and was placed on hold for several minutes, in the meanwhile I contacted my salesperson and had him go to the service department and check also. At this time Blake picked up explaining he was not going to rush his mechanic but he would try to have it done that day but could not guarantee me a call back as he explained "if I don't call it's not because i forgot it's just because i couldn't". I am Guessing this is how you justify not calling someone back?When picking my car up I checked under the hood and realized they did not look over the engine at all, I had marked screws before I took it up there and they were never touched! At this time I had Blake come over to the car and explain what exactly they did for five days. He said the only thing they were required to do was replace the area that the mouse destroyed and run Diagnostics. If there was anything else I wanted them to check I would have to pay $1,200 to remove something on the engine. I was hoping they would be a little bit more thorough by checking wiring and other areas of the engine for damage.The harness that was damaged from the mouse was just taped up not replaced. For the five days the vehicle was there I really expected it to be gone through thoroughly not just duct taped up.

My vehicle had gone over 105,000 miles and I knew that some items on the 2014 Altima V6 had to serviced or replaced since I am planning on keeping it. Why? It is one of the best cars that I've ever owned. To set up a day to get all these things done, I called Mitch Roberts one of the service department agents. I usually select Mitch for he is one of the best service agents at Newton. He is always attentive to my car's continued reliability in providing worry-free and safe driving. In other words, I trust him to do the right thing.

My wife's Nissan Pathfinder started hesitating on November 11, 2020 on our way from Hartsville, TN to Lebanon, TN. My wife was scheduled for surgery that morning at 6:00 a.m. We started off driving well. Once we were on state route 141 our vehicle could no faster than 40 mph. We arrived 15 prior to my wife's scheduled appointment. I contacted Nissan to get some advice about trying to drive the vehicle back to Hartsville, once my wife was released. I had my vehicle towed to the Nissan service department. I was impressed with Blake helping me with Dignify to help with financing the repairs. I was kept informed daily on the status of the repairs. Everything worked out fine. Our transmission was rebuilt, and we were able to get other necessary repairs. I will highly recommend Newton Nissan to all of my friends.

My sales guy was amazing and very honest. A super down to earth and friendly employee, who deserves a raise! I will say a white lady with very teased hair was super unprofessional in front of us during our sales discussion. She was very rude and degrading to him during our sales talk. She needs to be help accountable for her actions. Kindness and respect are important and it gave me a less than desirable impression of your sales team (beside my guy)

On my most recent visit to Newton Nissan of Gallatin the service was excellent. Afterwards I could see positive noticeable changes to the services recommended. The brake fluid exchange reduced my stopping distances and I could truly feel the difference on the brake peddle. Great people and excellent service equals happy return customers!! Started having transmission problems. After reading about it w/ my Armada, which is a problem that Nissan knows about.... and I was 6000 miles over warranty. They said it was usually the smaller models that had transmission problems. I am a traveling woman on the road and decided to trade my car rather than investing another 7 to $8000 w/ only 12 months guarantee on a rebuilt transmission. Needless to say that you’ve lost a customer, after having bought 3 cars from Newton Nissan , Gallatin. They just could not make me feel safe. This traveling female purchased a Subaru Ascent just a couple blocks away from Newton Nissan . I didn’t trade with Newton because even your service people admitted that you have models that have transmission problems. I enjoyed both of my Armada’s but after this, I felt very vulnerable and unsafe while traveling.

Although I did not end up buying a Nissan vehicle my experience with the salesperson, Margaret Garland, was outstanding. She was very courteous and professional, extremely helpful and friendly, and there was no pressure to buy. She was able to answer my questions, allowed me to take the vehicle I was considering buying home to see if it would comfortably fit in my garage and could not have been nicer. I recently visited the service center at Newton Nissan for a oil change and tire rotation. They were extremely busy but got me in and out within about an hour, which was amazing. I went in for service on my truck. I ended up talking to Matt and got an offer on my truck. Matt and Cody got me a good deal on my new truck and I traded it in. Love the new truck more than the last. I had to take my car into the shop. Usually, I would take it to my dad, but I just moved to Tennessee and far far from my family. I was nervous that they might take advantage of me since I am a young woman, and don’t know much about vehicles at all. But Blake really helped me understand a lot about my car, and was very genuine. I feel like they took care of me very well, and was understanding that I wanted him to talk to my father on the phone because I didn’t understand everything. Overall, they were great people and I liked the atmosphere of the place!

Look no further!!! Paul Dillard at Newton Nissan has your back! I have never felt so comfortable making such a big purchase! When I first started looking for a car, my husband suggested Newton Nissan. He had purchased his car from there and had such a great experience and he said he really like Paul! I utilized Newton Nissan to service my new Titan XD for the first oil change. The service staff was knowledgeable and courteous. When I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment they instructed me that it was not needed and to simply pull up to the express service bay like I owned the place. When I arrived the door was opened before I came to a stop. I was greeted with smiling faces ready for whatever needs I had. I provided the VIN number and what I needed done and was led to the waiting area. Within an hour the service tech returned to inform me that my truck service was complete and they only required my signature on the paperwork. I was led to my truck and on my way. I gave them 3 stars by giving them the benefit of doubt and for me being naive, I guess. I wasn’t really looking to buy unless I found a great deal. They had an ad on Cargurus.com for a good price on a certain truck (not completely stock) that I was interested in. It was on their website too for a higher price. I didn’t tell them I was coming by to look at it. I walked the lot and didn’t see it. Called the salesman from their parking lot and he thought they had it. Nope. He said it was sent to their other location 1.5 hrs away and called to “see if it sold”. Surprise! It had already sold. Imagine that. The classic bait and switch.
