New World Title is the best title company have used to do my title work. Nick Vlissides, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He never missed a beat when I asked about how to setup a deed in which my wife and I where purchasing a vacation house with her parents. We had asked another title company the same question and they seemed to have no idea on how to do this. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a lawyer at the table with you. They can legally answer questions where others cannot. Even though all title companies have lawyers who own their practice, this does not mean you will have one sit down with you at closing. New World Title does! New World Title is also very reasonable in the fees that they charge. Highly recommended!
