I worked with Fernando to buy a property from New Western. I am now super happy that worked with him. He spent a lot of time showing me multiple houses. He is a committed agent and works hard to find the best deal for his clients. Though it was beyond his responsibilities, he helped me in appraising the value of the houses, inspecting them, and estimating the cost of needed repairs.
