I have dealt with a number of companies over the last few years refinancing various types of loans and financial arrangements - but I have to say that Gravity Lending was the easiest company I have dealt with of them all! My representative was easy to work with, always responsive, and because of a license plate issue my paperwork took longer than it should have (not an issue with Gravity, an issue with the DMV) and yet Gravity and my representative - who was the same one from start to finish - did a great job staying on top of the best deals for me. I recently refinanced my Auto loan with gravity lending. I got a letter in the mail and decided to call just to get some information. The Agent the hooked me up with, Nick Lavender, was incredible. I didn't have the best Credit to Salary ratio and the first bank that they tried did not approve me. Gravity lending got me a great deal in a fair amount of time. Their rates were on the best side of average, the approval time was average and they had all the paperwork easy and explained very well. Trust me I shopped this refinance and my only complaint is the approval time but like I said it is average across all lenders. I can go into a dealership and have a loan in no time. I received a letter from Gravity Lending in early December 2021 offering to save me $59 per month on my auto loan. Suspecting a scam I did my online searching and found nothing but positive reviews and ratings. Got busy with the upcoming holidays and finally ended up calling Gravity Lending right before the new year holiday. At this point I found out that I am "upside-down" on my loan and should consider gap insurance, something the original loan provider did not even mention. The process seemed simple enough in the beginning. Refinance process was a go as far as I was concerned. About two weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything. Reached out to the finance company that picked up my loan today and they told me to reach back out to Gravity due to needing to resign paperwork!?! I called them and I was told that I was going to need to put down money. My car payment is due as of today with my current finance company and I’m just learning this! Why should I have to hunt you down? I work too much and don’t have time. My rep Samantha told me she had been reaching out to me, but I don’t value that answer being that she didn’t once leave a message in the several attempts she claims to have reached out. I also have no missed calls. All in all they seem very much focused on sales numbers. Clearly using a script and a bunch of cheesy filler dialogue. Not genuine, but systematic. Update: Upon reading my review, a new representative named Brad reached out to me and took ownership of the issue and stayed communicative with me as Gravity and the finance company worked to provide me with a suitable solution. Lo and behold, no down payment was needed and my previous lender has received the payoff. This company clearly cares about what their customers have to say about them via reviews. Thank you Brad and thank you Gravity for lowering my interest rate and monthly payment!

Got something in the mail did a little bit of research before I called. But if you need to refinance this is a good company and Omayra is very understanding and helps you understand things. Was able to refinance my car to a much better rate, and got 3 months of no payments which is going to help a lot. The only part of the process that sucks is having to print out and mail-in info for the DMV side of things but that's an issue with the DMV. Waste of time, money, and a credit hard inquiry. Agreed upon 4 year payoff after they attempted to push me into a 5-6 year refinance which would not save me anything long term. After I had paid the fees they requested, they told me I needed to change my insurance deductible in order to have this loan approved. Absolute scam. I would then be losing money since my insurance bill would increase dramatically, which I also have no clue why that would implicate the original agreement spoken about. They told me that the lender could not “make an exception” for this which is ridiculous. Unfortunate that I was told about this after almost finalizing the loan process with them, instead of beforehand, so I could have avoided this headache.

She was able to change the length of the loan and lower my payment by $100 a month by cutting my very high interest rate by 2/3. She has been very easy to work with and has made each step simple. When I had questions she always answered quickly and was kind and easy with my stupid questions. I love that they text instead of calling. I am a very busy woman and have people coming in and out of my office all day. Long phone conversations are not really possible. If you're looking for a loan officer ask for Stephanie. She is just great to work with. I have to admit I was nervous about the whole thing. I'm in MN they are in Texas. But it's been great. Easy peasy! Ok, now for those of you that posted a bad review. ALL CREDIT CHECKS ARE HARD CHECKS. OMG! I get asked this all the time and I'm a property manager. This is for a loan, seriously people. There is no such thing as a soft credit check. Just wow! And really your deductible on your brand new car should not be over $1000. Even that is too high. If you cannot pay your deductible easily without an financial issues it's too high.

I used Gravity Lending for a rate refinance on my dream car. Overall everything went well, I had a few specific concerns that they helped me take care of. I gave 4/5 stars only because the rate I got was slightly worse than initially advertised, and there were a couple other little hiccups between Gravity and the lender; however, Stephanie did a great job of smoothing everything over and making sure I was happy with the end result.

Extremely disappointed. I had reached out to Gravity Lending after several letters came to me in the mail about refinancing my car. I knew my credit had significantly improved since I got my car, so it seemed like a good choice. I worked with Jeremiah, and though he was nice, he was very pushy. Now, I understand sales people have to meet quotas, however, I made it clear I needed to order a new title from the DMV as I was never given one by the dealership. Obviously, I cannot control the DMV & I told Jeremiah it would be 5-7 business days until it would arrive in the mail. He continued to call daily, during my work hours, when I had responded several times in regards to the date it should arrive. When it arrived, I let Jeremiah know I had mailed all of the paperwork. He informed me when it was received (end of February) and he said if he received this in February I would not have a car payment for March & Gravity Lending would start pulling in April as a promo deal. Well, my previous bank that I am financed through pulled my payment today. That was NOT supposed to happen. The biggest disappointment though, was the lack of communication once all my paperwork was received. I still have no idea if they closed out my other finance or WHAT is going on. They had no problem reaching out when they needed me to meet their quotas. I am really regretting choosing Gravity Lending.
