As a new investor, I barely knew what I was doing. If it wasn't for the 24-hour friendly availability of Rich and Adam who went above and beyond helping me in my very first home purchase, I'm not sure it would have happened at all. In fact, I know it wouldn't have! Rich found me the home and guided me all the way through the purchase, and Adam has been there ALL the way through the back end. He still calls me, checking in, just to make sure I continue to be on target with my plans in renovating, renting, and refinancing the property. I have learned so much from these two wonderful young gentlemen. It breaks my heart to hear Rich is no longer with New Western. I don't think they realize what a great resource they lost losing him... But at least 1/2 of that incredible duo is still there.
