Homebuying is stressful - especially if you're a first-time homebuyer buying in an unfamiliar area in a red hot market. Things move super fast and sometimes you don't really much time to think before making a decisions. For that, I was extremely thankful to have Joe and his assistant, Margaret, on my team. He is very responsive/accessible, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He responds via call/text either on the first call, or shortly thereafter. I have ended a call and called him right back, because I just thought of another question. His responses are super thorough and he doesn't make you feel dumb asking them. Homebuying is nerve wrecking, but I certainly never worried much when it came to the loan process thanks to Joe!

As a first time home buyer I had allot of questions and found Joe Coy to be incredibly patient and accessible. I’m sure he gets asked the same questions time and time again but he was happy to assist through out the process. he was always a text or phone call away.
