Thank you Albert Pulido and Merlin Ramirez who assisted me very well with our dormant account. I have read the reviews prior to walking-in and i was expecting the worst since I am from overseas and i was wary they will not be able to help me at all. But to my surprise Merlin was very courteous and assisted me all the way while being guided by Albert Pulido….thank you very much.

Can’t make an in person appt. keep getting Recording. Can’t go there w/o one.

Terrible bank. Misleading and being horrible at their jobs seems to be the only work they do well. Discriminatory and failing business practice!

Theres always a wait here. They are always taking their time and seems like they're understaffed. Go somewhere else

Switching to Chase. They have blocked my account for nonsense reason (Venmo transaction).

Please, please, please, PLEASE avoid this bank. It is a horrible customer service facility. The manager was rude "Albert pulido" he referred to me as "dude" and he was not helpful at all. You must avoid 2 of the bank tellers "Sandra Flores" and their newest member Janeth Vargas unless you want issues and to spend 3 hours of your precious time go to this 3 individuals for your business!! The only wonderful person who was able to help and had great customer service was Anita Melchor best bank teller I ever had in my LIFE!! I'm never coming back here.

Really annoying that you can't reach anybody in this branch. I have been calling from 11:00am to 1:00pm just to speak to someone in the branch with no luck..... prompting from pound sign to option 2 for hours.

Terrible. Understaffed and Unprepared to serve basic banking functions.

With an exception of monthly fees for cheking account, I like this particular branch, because of big parking lot and friendly employees.

If there's a line, be prepared to spend some time there. They are very slow.
