This Company is Horrible, Lied and said I could Refi my Car and get cash out also, ALL LIes ,, said the amount I would get was even more then I asked but Once I sent ALL My TAXES, PERSONAL and BUSINESS documents that said my payment would go up $300 more on my car note and I would get way less than I wanted cash back. I feel like this is SCAM,, and I am truly scared that my documents are not safe. I am putting a security alert on my business and personal credit.. HORRIBLE customer service at the Sepulveda office.. Horrible experience..

Horrible Service. I went inside and of the back I was judged. I wasn't helped but rushed out. Don't recommend this place at all. There's better solutions.
