The Team @ New Frontier Title handled the closing on our Zephyrhills home and were Fantastic! We were not represented by an agent at the time so, naturally, we had issues/kinks with the sellers. But Troy and Sheree always went above and beyond to make sure that all problems were resolved ASAP (usually same day). I recently received impeccable customer service from Sheree Akins. Our mortgage processor reached out to her regarding our property in Florida. Sheree worked for the title company that processed the closing paperwork back in 2008. We were having a difficult time getting documentation we needed for our current lender. Though Sheree didn't have access to the needed documents, as they were with the previous company that is no longer in business, she took time out of her busy day to research public documents and provide it to our processor so our loan process could continue. It is very rare these days to find people who are willing to go above the call of duty to help someone, especially someone who is not a current client. Our current lender accepted all of the documentation Sheree provided our processor, and Sheree was instrumental in making this happen. She has truly made a positive difference.

This is my third experience closing on a home and by far my most enjoyable. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience that includes a ton of required documents. Windreth "Susie" Scott is a consummate professional. Late last year, I purchased a property when the pandemic was in full swing, mortgage/title companies were overwhelmed, surveyors were impossible to find, banks were short-staffed, as were county offices, etc.. Through it all, Ms. Scott never stopped pushing for her clients. Even after suffering a personal loss, she never missed a day of work. Her competency, and experience, made for a smooth transaction, despite the many difficulties facing our nation at the time. Often, the measure of a professional is not how they perform when things are going well, but how they perform when all heck is breaking loose. Ms. Scott never stopped pushing. Even burning the candle at both ends. For that, Ms. Scott earned my business and my respect. I would happily engage her services again.

As a Realtor, I expect timely communications on all transactions to keep all parties informed. I have to say this title company did not keep the Buyer or myself informed and it has been 1 week since closing and New Frontier has not sent closing docs or broker docs to the Brokerage. They also have not communicated or returned phone calls or emails. This is unacceptable in the real estate world. Unfortunate to see their past as being great. Definitely need more help!

Recently sold 10 acres in Christmas FL and used New Frontier for the closing. Sheree was absolutely marvelous! Easy to work with, kept me informed and answered all my questions. Even went out of her way to take closing documents to my Uncle in Winter Park to have him sign and then sent the closing package to me via Fedex. I would highly recommend this company and especially Sheree. Wonderful experience!!!
