I just want to thanks Mr. Daniel Hinnant from the Inverness store for his amazing customer service, kindness and his happy-go-lucky demeanor when handling my situation. on June 22,2022. He took a load off my shoulders and there needs to be more individuals like him. I apologize for not posting this sooner.

Great atmosphere! I walked in nervous and stressed out and I left in a great mood and stress free!! Very polite and happy staff! I'll definatly be recommending advance america to everyone I know!!

I was in this store today and it was very crowded. Jo was amazing at handling the rush. She is very pleasant and helpful. She had a few older clients that were confused in what to do on the screen and she made them feel very comfortable with the help she provided. She did all this with a smile on her face. She is everything an employer would want for their company. Great job Jo

Had the worst time trying to apply online. So I stopped in the store. Jo was awesome! Made me feel like I was human and not just another job to do. Took her time to help me apply for a loan and was approved for more than I was online. Shes a perfect example of how customer service should be. Keep up the awesomeness Jo!!

Went today and I was in and out! Jo was the clerk today and she's awesome, very polite and handled our transaction fast. She even crack jokes with us and she was very friendly. Five stars for Jo and Advance America, I'll definitely be doing business here from this point forward!

I always have very good service when I go advance America there is this one woman she's the manager in that store she is so very nice she does things quick and she's always got a crowd in there and she's always alone I don't know how the woman doesn't but she does an excellent job and she's so good to people and she explains everything in detail of whatever you want to find out about the loans if I was her boss I would give her a raise because that's one woman that actually deserves it because that's how good this person is and if I was her boss I'd be very proud of her so keep in mind of this woman because she is a very good person to all her customers
