Nichole was an absolute pleasure to do business with! Kind and courteous to everyone! When speaking with a client that had many many questions, she kept poised and calm. She was answering the questions at a great pace to respect other clients time but never talked down or shown a negative attitude. Everyone waiting was calm and patient because she was handling the situations with a smile and true attentiveness to each of us. Nichole is an excellent example of doing the job right! She is an excellent representative of Advance America Dunnellon Florida. I myself was stressed because of my financial situation and Nichole calmly and clearly straightened everything out and I left relieved that my situation was being handled by such an intelligent and caring person. I could type another thousand words but could not describe how wonderful Nichole is! Advance America needs to shower her with praise and a raise! To handle so many clients at once on an early Monday morning and have not one Complaint, attitude, eye rolling or sighs out of any of us shows that she can handle a crowd, is knowledgeable about her product and a great woman all around! May God bless her with good fortune! She was certainly a blessing to me today!

This store has the most pleasant and wonderful people to work with. They really care about their customers!!! Your not just a number to them. They ALWAYS greet you with the BIGGEST smiles and GREAT personalities!!! They also work with you if you are in a bid and need a little leeway making a payment.
