This lender is extremely rude I spoke with somebody name Lauren she works in repo department she hung up on me multiple times she talked over me she questioned me about my health when that’s not her job title to do… I’m over it I can not wait until my loan is over and paid for because I am never ever financing with them ever again this has been a very good lesson for me it showed me that I can definitely do better by keep building my credit score to get me a better vehicle and a lender I’m 20 so I do have lots and lots to learn but this will be my last ! Anyways Lauren has been very unprofessional I have her on video on how she was speaking to me for the past couple of days she also has been calling me private harassing me as well and I do have proof of that… little do Lauren knows a police report has been submitted and I will be contacting corporate about it because that is definitely not a way to perform a job I also spoke with Lynn the supervisor she is nice she solved the issue and she listened to my frustration with Lauren but I still think it’s a red flag to how Lauren is still occupied with a job with causing emotional distress to customers it’s sickening and I’m taking FURTHER action.

Worse lender unless your credit is bad and you need something asap besides that STAY AWAY these guys dont even let you make car payments with credit or debit cards you need to live next to a cvs in order to make a payment , they dont do refinance so you would have to get another lender and put yourself in a deeper debt in order to leave them. Honestly only thing good is they accept bad credit but besides that in my personal experience opinion there horrible sorry

This is a great company. We have been doing business with them for some time now and they are very helpful with any questions and concerns always wiling to give credit challenged customers a chance when no one else will. My customers have told me there always friendly when they call them and never have a problem i would reccomend them to any dealer that wants a good subprime finance company for small auto loans to give them a chance.

Totaled my car with them 3 payments left I was denied a car because I was told I can't get help with hardship or anything and I had a choice pay old new or try to get new one so I can have a way to work to get new funding there 3 payments and now I can't get a car smh I can't wait to get out of this never again I feel I never want to finance a car again they where paid 90% of my loan and put on my credit I owe the whole loan not what I actually owe it's not fair

I have no complaint about the company itself, my complaint is about the people that represent the company. The representative name Heather and who I was told was a supervisor Nina are very unprofessional and rude. Not only did Heather slam the phone down in my ear, the supervisor Nina was even more unprofessional and refuse to give me the owner information in order to send a complaint. I told her she do not need my social security number to give me a name and address to send a complaint and once again she refused over and over. I then told her to forget it that I would look it up online and she stated, whatever, we’ll do that , bye and slammed and hung up. These workers need more training on customer service and how to talk to people regardless of that customer situation. Its not up to the representative to get nasty and rude in order to get payments. Terrible. Unprofessional, rude.

Beverly is one of the nicest people that I have dealt with in my entire life... she is so easy to work with very caring and understanding. Because of her I will be getting another vehicle from new city funding.. I hope that she is recognized for her outstanding customer service.

Beverly is this best account manager ever. She worked with me on several occasions to get through the hard times. When I thought I couldn't make payments anymore, she got the bank to refinance and dramatically reduce payment amount. New City Funding is the goto finance company!

I'd have to give New City Funding 5 Starz not because of the company, though it is a great company. It's because of this precious gem Ms.Beverly I had the pleasure of handling my account. I've had a a couple vehicles financed with them and Ms.Beverly has been with me every step of the way. She is a rare gem, personable, charismatic, caring and compassionate woman, her candour makes you feel like family. Dealing with loans, and making payments and other aspects of things can be really stressful. She's saved me a lot of grief, and has helped me build my credit with her jewels of advice. So when you have someone who will take you under the umbrella and look out for you like family. It makes you want to continue business with the company.

New city has been great to me. Specifically my advisor BETHANNE she is very patient, caring, and respectful. She always takes her time and explain things to me and make sure I stay up to date with any information I need to know. She speaks to me in a way as if I I've known her for years. Bethanne rocks!

Nicest people ever experienced, really friendly and they work with you throughout the process! I have never been treated so good by any business. They call and nicely remind you when your payments are do, and its a great service for a scatter brain like me. Seriously I am happy when I pay them.

I’m giving them five star because they were the only one willing to lend me a loan with bad credit (500’s) Just make sure to pay off debt before high interest. Customer service were fine we’ve had our dispute were I wanted a letter to show I paid off the car loan they didn’t provide spoke with supervisor and it was done. Oh and they give a 20 day grace period to make payment. I recommend just be sure to pay extra in case you miss a payment it can be used as a back up.

Please stop dealing with these people. I’m not even sure why they are a lender. They are for people that are desperately in need a vehicle and will do or fix anything to get you in one. I dealt with this bank 2 separate time on my own in 2016 April 24th went to auto mart in Delaware on Kirk wood high way was sold a Dodge Caliber 2010 check engine light came on when I test drove it to get gas across the street . They stayed that was the only car I was approved for . The car never passsed inspection from April till January , have transmission stilled around October . The dealer promises to fix and didn’t and they allow a lemon to go in to contract and have a lien on the vehicle before know if it was a drivable car or not. Car was rigged if all speaker wires faulty system. 2 time when to New Jersey and got a car for my girlfriend , last a month and blew head gasket . Not to mention car kept shutting off since the first day we got it. Completely lose power. Chrysler 200 . Left was at risk majorly most of the time it was drivable driving on different high was and just shutting off . The bank doesn’t care they just want there money for a lemon they over tax. With a passion I hate this company and I’ve never had this anger toward no one in my life but these people are SCAMMERS “STAY AWAY “!!

I just called and talked to someone named Denisse she was excessively rude, I was trying to help and all I got was someone talking to me like I was her daughter. Very unprofessional, plus the company doesn’t even care about the quality and the true value of the vehicles that they finance. Very disappointed and willing to start a voluntary repossession even if that means damaging my credit score.

I was buying a car at a buy here pay here. When I went for my 2nd vehicle the owner of the lot surprised me by saying he got me financed. They took a chance on me when no one else would and I couldn't be happier with my car and my payments. It's great to have people out there that will give 2nd chances. They realize that bad things happen to good people. Always very nice when I've talked to them. Couldn't be happier.

Been making payments thru them since last Christmas. Haven’t had any issues at all, only time I speak to them is when I need slightly longer to make my payment. And they are always very kind. Good company for second chance credit buyers!

Although interest rates are extremely high and the payment options have become limited. This company makes up for it with the people they hire. I've been dealing with them for three years now and my experience has been exceptional all do to one women, Beverly! What an angel. Every time she called I looked forward to hearing her cheery voice. Very polite even if I had missed payments. She worked with me and really made my experience the best I've ever had when dealing with paying people money. I would probably consider getting another loan through them regardless of who has a better deal only because I know Beverly is the best I could ask for when being asked to shell out a few hundred dollars.

As a single mother of 6 kids life's hectic and I can't always be available by phone but she is very quick to respond via email thank you for your patience with me when i am late. It makes life a little less stressful

I fell on hard times. I requested to defer a payment to help get my caught up or even auto pay.. When she emailed me back her only response was have a blessed life.. Like really????? . well needless to say they have their car back now.. Never work with Beverly. Never!
